“All of the ladies I've had check me out are the best and friendly. They are very knowledgeable on questions I have. When I asked one of the gentleman employees about something about bourbon he took his time to tell me about different brands and everything I needed for a gift for a special occasion about taste and smoothness. 20/10 every single employee is excellent. I've never had a bad moment and I'm there multiple times a week for almost a year.”
“This is my favorite liquor store to come to in Akron, OH. The owner Joe is VERY friendly and remembers your name when you come often an also remembers what you usually buy. He also has some VERY good employees that also are friendly and remembers your name as well as your normal drink choice I recommend coming to this liquor store when you want a good deal on what you want to buy to drink and walk out with a smile on your face. I think this liquor store is the cheapest one in Akron honestly. Definitely recommend this as your only choice when purchasing your alcohol needs.”

“Been meaning to post a Review for this place forever. These employees are AMAZING! Their customer service couldn't be better. I've had only great experiences with every employee. I used to live .2 mi from them, now I'm much further and have a liquor store super close but I stay loyal to this place! They're open practically everyday of the year. INCLUDING CHRISTMAS! “It's a neighborhood drive thru on the outskirts of Akron, that as the name suggests sells... you guessed it: beers and corner store liquors, wine, along with chips, candy, cigarettes, and rolling supplies like Gambler tubes and Hot-rod rubes, The Good Stuff- rough cut 'pipe-tobacco'. Personally, I came for two boxes of Gambler tubes, which are of adequate quality, although they are twice the regular market price here than just about anywhere inside of Akron. From personal experience, the Hot-rod tubes are good enough to pitch in the trash! The lady working was very friendly and helpful to me. This place had no line, although it was rush hour.”

Stock is always good, and in nearly a decade of living in this city I, nor my friends or S/O have ever had an unpleasant experience with the staff.Some weird, really specific one star reviews that should be addressed.to $20 wine person: you cannot buy wine in most stores in Ohio on Sunday, except those with special licenses. If this actually happened, the person who offered this was trying to do you a favor, and wasn't going to do it for free because they likely put their job at risk to do so.to the creepy extra $2 charge person: while the extra charge is not remotely justified, and this sounds genuinely creepy, it is not representative of this place on a day-to-day basis. Sounds like the cashier was drunk or something, and probably (at least, hopefully) isn't there any more.to the strange specific "threats" person: It sounds like you know the owner personally, and are trying to pose a civil matter as relevant in order to hinder this business. I would not recommend this approach, as if you are truly being threatened and it has nothing to do with the business, the post could most definitely come back to bite you.”
