They advertised free plugs and tire rotations and I stopped in and asked if they could plug it real quick. They said no problem and took care of me right away even though they were really busy. They were so kind and did not act like it was a nuisance or anything. I will buy tires From them again and again. I highly suggest this store!”

“I called Circle City Electric this past Friday to place a service call. They were able to book me for this past Monday the 8th. Technician Stephen showed up promptly at 8am as scheduled. After a quick talk with us to determine what service was needed he did a walk through to size up the nature and extent of the call. Stephen got quickly to work and was able to tackle all that we needed done. Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade; a great asset to his company.

“My husband and I were in the area from out of town. Our car tire pressure was low but because they were filled with nitrogen and we could not find a place to fill them.
Because of this predicament, we pulled into Tire Choice in Tallmadge and all three men working were so welcoming and helpful! After further discussion with my husband and the options provided, we decided to change from nitrogen to air to ease the ability of filling our tires.
Josh, Jackson and Keith quickly racked our car, deflated the tires from the nitrogen and filled it with air.
They were kind, quick and well priced while helping us so we could safely drive home almost 2 hours away.

Dropped my car off early in the afternoon a day before my appointment and had a call later the same day stating that they had a price for the fix and can start early. Can't promise that they'll work on everyone's car early, but they went above and beyond in getting my car serviced and fixed to have it done before the day of my actual appointment. All that with a great warranty and no attempt to sell me things I didn't truly need.
