“Warning: this review is 100% real and honest, I have no vested interests in the company, no personal ties to anyone who works there, etc. Im only here to give my personal account. I can only speak firsthand regarding my own experience.
I saw an ad on craigslist for a 2014 Honda Accord Sport with ~60k miles on it, and from the images in the ad, the car appears to be in really good shape.
The ad says to text or call...i texted at 9pm that night ( i was surprised that someone immediately responded that late in the evening ) and we set up an appointment for the next morning for me to come check out the vehicle.
When i arrived Pete already had the vehicle backed up by the front of the lot with plenty of room around it for me to do a walk around before he tossed me the keys, put a dealer tag on it, and said to take my time, if I had wanted to go have the vehicle inspected, anything that I felt necessary to get a feel for the car. I was pretty impressed with the vehicle and how layed back he was, no pressure as of yet. I took it for a drive, I stopped by my friend's auto service shop locally, we put it up on a lift,etc. The car had zero rust under it, and as far as I could tell...and my buddy's 20+ years in the automotive service industry, the vehicle was a solid bet, the ONLY thing that it may need very soon, is a set of tires. On the way back to the dealership, i was excited about the car, but its list price was about $2,000 over my budget.
When I came back and parked the vehicle ..and Pete and I ended up negotiated after we both agreed the vehicle needed a set of tires, i was able to purchase the vehicle. I bought the car, and had a little money left over, so the next day i went a purchased a set of brand new tires, and after about a month so far of daily commutes to and from Cleveland ,where I work, I honestly love the vehicle and have zero complaints. I wanted to say that I happen to check out Prime's Google business page AFTER I had purchased the vehicle.(.which is the exact opposite of what I normally do) , I felt it was only fair to them,because they treated me right, were communicative and honest and all in all ,thus far, im very happy with my purchase.So , my own honest , firsthand experience with Prime Auto Sales was a good one.”
