“Michelle went above and beyond to find some plastic gift wrap bags for me! After pointing me in the direction of where they should be in the store, I went to look but they didn’t have any. As I was getting ready to give up and thought I’d have to try a different store, Michelle came found me with an unopened box that hadn’t made it to the floor yet. She could have just let it go because there were other things for her to do, but she chose to do the extra. AND she was so kind and friendly, not only to me but to all the customers I saw her engage with. THANK YOU MICHELLE!”
“Far and away, the best Dollar Tree I've ever been to. I am a semi handicapped senior citizen, and shopping isn't easy for me. In fact, this was only the 2nd time I was able to shop in a year. I would like to make a special mention of an employee named Aria. I was in the back of the store and asked her if there was a chair back there. She said there wasn't, but without any prompting, she went to the front of the store, got a chair out of the office and placed it near the front register for me. What a very thoughtful gesture! I went to the front twice and used it to take a break. She also helped put my bags back into the cart after checkout, and helped me take them to my car. I couldn't have finished my shopping without her. As she put my bags into my car, I offered her $5 for all her help, which she declined. What a wonderful help she was. That kind of exceptional customer service was so very appreciated. Aria is a credit to Dollar Tree, and she is the kind of employee who needs to be single out for her kindness and dedication. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the young lady manning the register. She was kind and helpful as well.”

“The best Family Dollar of all. It is my neighbor hood store. The manager and staff are very helpful .and friendly, more like my "Family" than staff. Shelves stre always fully stocked and the store is always clean, inside and out. If they don't have what you want, the manager will try to get it from another store. Prices are great and if you download their app, you will get money saving coupons. I Highly recommend this store, you will leave with a smile on your face and an "I'll be back" attitude.”

“The 2 young cashiers that helped me last night were amazing!!! I was scrambling around last night getting things together for a birthday party….. they rocked and helping me get balloons ready with smiles on their face as these balloons are popping before we get them blown up they didn’t give up they were over and beyond to help me I live in Cleveland. I will probably guarantee drive the 30 minutes if I ever need Dollar General again just to see these young ladies. These girls deserve a high five.”

“One of the best Dollar Tree stores I’ve ever been to. I love shopping at this location! The Northfield Road location is stocked well, clean and has friendly cashiers. I was greeted at the door with a “Hello” welcome and a smile. Which I appreciate. However, on their website and Google it says they open at 8am. However, they actually open at 9am. Please fix this ASAP. You will have people lined up at your store ready to shop.”
“This is one of the better dollar trees you can find what you are looking for… everything is either in a box or on the shelf. Cashiers are very nice and professional. 10/10 … and also it’s clean most are not but I really like shopping here”

“This location has improved greatly.... The employees always friendly and very helpful. Sometimes the prices aren't correct, but someone always correct it... The outside be a little messy, but someone is usually cleaning or soon get to it... They doing a good job and in a good location it would be nice if the community wasn't so ghetto I literally saw someone empty trash into the parking lot.. that was so rude , but two guys went outside and swept and cleaned the entire parking lot.... The next day it was back messy... Smh but the inside is really clean”

“I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”

“Yes the sore is a mess, but it’s convenient usually have what you need good hours and A mixed you know, we knocked so many places because people being rude and being messy I think about the people that they are having to deal with. The staff are constantly catching people stealing, so they can’t do the important part of the job. they There jobs if they’re doing other things they shouldn’t be doing. “I've stopped at this location a total of 3 times previously. After my first time visiting this store, I wasn't impressed. The store was cluttered, merchandise was disorganized and not straightened on the shelves, and the cashiers were friendly...dutifully. I honestly dreaded ever having to stop there again.Today, I was shocked! The store has had a major overhaul! I was transported into a store that was clean, organized, uncluttered, clear aisles, and well stocked.There was one cashier, and an employee stocking merchandise. When the line started to get long, the employee stopped stocking merchandise to help ring up customers. That is a big change from my experience at a different Family Dollar location. Customer service matters!Although the store isn't finished with having the floors left to do, I can say there is a sense of pride in what I saw today. There is value in being a community store. Your customers deserve this change! Kudos!”

“I frequent this Family Dollar with my Autistic son, I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING the employees are here.My son is a bit rambunctious, there are at least 5 ladies who work here who greet us so excitedly, they’re patient & kind when things don’t go smoothly, they offer to help carry things to my car on days they see me having to hold my 65lb son, they even push the bell up to the front of the counter because they know he loves it! The customer service & kindness you get walking into this store is truly above & beyond, I cannot praise the employees in this store enough. Outside of the handful who go above & beyond, I have great interactions with all employees at this location.”
“Friendly service when I am there. My teen daughter's told me that on multiple occasions one of the older male employees follow them around the store and it makes them uncomfortable. I'm sure it because of the frequency that they are there due to them trying to kill time while waiting for my 3rd grades school to let out but, he should be less offensive and more discreet with his shoplifting monitoring with young girls”
“I live halfway between the Broadview Hts and Independence locations. I always choose the Independence location because of their manager, Bryan. I went in this past Saturday and the store was very busy! The line was longer then usual due to Mothers Day being the next day. Bryan had such great customer service and was so apologetic(even though he didn’t need to be!) all us customers knew he was alone and doing the absolute best he could! It’s so rare nowadays to see people actually providing good customer service and not looking like a robot! Also, Bryan resolved an issue a disgruntled customer was having & Bryan was so patient yet very professional with her!”
