I've let the company do my taxes for years. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I will not return to that location! I'm pretty sure my taxes are wrong and no one called back from h&r to review my taxes after I called to do so.

One star is because you are unable to give. Anna Williams Was truly one of the most disgusting people I ever encountered in life. Anna attempted to take my rights away Just because I requested to read documents before agreeing to sign them. Not only did she Huff and puff and shift in her seat snarling and making uncomfortable noises frustrated that I have the common decency to read documentation. She barked orders at the sweet receptionist Deborah. When I informed her I did not appreciate her ignorance and ill mannered lack of patience towards a customer choose a customer choosing to read. She raised her voice and suggested that I was the problem. When I informed her I knew the supervisor Brandon and I would not be conducting business I will be reaching out to him. She proceeded her ignorance And unflattering behavior in the workplace regardless regardless that there were other clients. So I remove myself to the front desk to inform the very lovely reception is that I will be needing a manager of that location to reach out to me as well so properly go up to the corporate ladder of this Ignorant buffoon choices. She reached out to her manager and informed him of me refusing To sign documents unread as if she was the solution and not the problem to today's ignorance. Ashley was speaking loudly to where the receptionist myself and other clients could hear another lovely employee had to step up and ask her to lower her voice as well as me as I will not tolerate such ignorance from a elderly woman that should have better common sense. If you choose to do business withis with a general block which both of which I would hardly which I was highly discouraged since both of my experiences have been riddled with ignorance lack of consideration for the customer and mannerless buffoons such as Anna. I will recommend beating your head in with a rock 1st to prepare for the incompetency you will may experience. I have a 4 minute video of Anna's ignorance to to show proof of everything I said of everything I said also I have a voicemail of her claiming to attempt to call me multiple times which I can show through caller ID and 2022 this is also not true. When I politely asked her about it after she marked orders at the receptionist the receptionist she told me she didn't know her direct line but she did call me so what??♀️ When everything was said and done and I was no longer at the location she called and left a voicemail ever so politely saying my taxes were ready and I was welcome to stop in. Giving black women a bad name everywhere Anna Williams ladies and gentlemen????????? The tax prep consultant very incorrectly inputed my income, I didn't realize the error till I reviewed the documents. Would have cost me around $5K, that amount of money can very serious damage individuals. I understand it was a simple input problem, however for the consultant to not notice I feel is unacceptable.

Had an appt for 11am. Received multiple text messages over the previous week from HR Block confirming appt at this location. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited. Office was closed. Called the number on the door with no answer. Called the number provided in the texts. Was told appt was confirmed. No on showed up. Fail. Very unprofessional.

This year was terrible my information was entered incorrectly then re-entered a month later and as of now when I enter my information on IRS portal they still have no information concerning my status update? However H&R BLOCK continues to tell me when they check it tells them IRS has recieved my taxes? Can someone please assist me with a status update? I understand that IRS is behind but just knowing they have received my taxes would be a much appreciated gesture.
