“Best hardware store in Cleveland, especially if you’re actually in the city vs the suburbs. It’s easy to get to with a rear location. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The place really shines when it comes to their service. If you have any questions about tools, hardware, paint, building supplies. This is the place to go! Contractors can set-up accounts for employees, or individuals can use cash/card. They carry tons of Milwaukee power tools, hardware, pack-out, hands tools, trade tools. As well as several other name brands. My favorite section is their hardware section. It’s fully stocked 80% of the time and they have EVERYTHING! For all trades and DIY. Metric and SAE”
“Just had a great customer service experience at this store. Rob, the manager, helped us with a deck stain order that I ordered incorrectly online. He got us the product we wanted at no additional cost and he was friendly and efficient. We’ll be shopping his store from now on.”
“Every single person I have encountered at this location is fantastic. One of the young men working even helped me handpick multiple color matches to continue my theme that I had already decided on. And put them under different lighting to compare all we picked! The customer service is simply superb and very hard to find these days. The time, advice and conversation was sincerely genuine and appreciated (especially when you are in the midst of a stressful renovation). Keep this team at all costs Sherwin Williams!”
“Sherwin Williams has great customer service and also an excellent variety of paints and painting products.
I’m a repeat customer and very happy with each purchase.”
“I needed to find paint swatches to match a project, so I brought in a piece of the cement color that I needed to match. Janaya, the assistant manager, helped me. Janaya was terrific; she was patient and incredibly upbeat and friendly. I so appreciate the time and care that was taken with me!”
“Wow what a great local store! This staff is so nice, they do keys on the spot! A local Gem! customer service is AWESOME like NO other! Very nice staff hard to find businesses that still run like this! A must try for all your home needs!”
“I came to this location for the color matched caulk. This worked out great! I bought a gallon pail of the caulking and a sausage tube caulk gun, loaded up the gun with a paint stick and off I went! It matched very good!”
“We have been using him for years. The owner the staff is always attending and caring and always give us the best deals possible for all the supplies we need for our vehicles and cosmetics and bodywork. Fast delivery quick service highly recommend the service is always exceptional and phenomenal Highly recommend ?”
“It was literally amazing, we come outside, get the numbers off the car, we go back in, he goes to his computer he looks at me he goes okay we'll have you ready in a little bit. I go sit down and read an article on ESPN on my phone and before I even got done with it the guy comes back out he goes okay we got you all set! So super fast freindly service! And oh, did i mention the touch up paint for my Edge was an exact match?!”
“I'm so confused by this store. When I entered I was greeted cheerily and then... asked if I had any questions. When I said no, I was politely left to my own devices. It was almost as if... it was assumed that as a female I must know what I was doing and did not require anything to be mansplained. Then, when I DID ask a question, not only did the staff member on duty answer it, he answered knowledgeably, honestly, and was altogether immensely helpful.
Surely this can't be a hardware-type store can it? Maybe it's diy nirvana?
The quality of the paint was outmatched only by the quality of service. If only they sold everything in all categories of life I would never have need to go elsewhere.”
“Andrew was amazing and over the top!!!!!! He spent the time with me to get the color just right and vinyl compliant. We tossed around a few options...primarily color match and found a stock color that is basically the exact color we wanted.
He was patient, wise, professional, pleasant, and effective!
Very happy repeat customer!”
“I meant to post this a few months ago, Brandon helped me figure out the best stain for matching existing paneling boards. He used my panel board sample to get the stain very close. I just applied it and it looks fantastic. Honestly, he was great and my basement room looks terrific. Thanks again!!”
“What a great find this place was. Unbeatable prices with so many choices and Renee is such an honest and knowledgeable woman when it comes to any of their inventory. Only regret I have was not finding this place years ago!”
“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Sherwin Williams, and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to their store manager, Tristan.
From the moment I walked in, Tristan greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of products and color options was impressive, and he was more than willing to offer personalized recommendations based on my project needs.
Tristan went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I left with confidence in my purchase and will definitely return to this location for all my future painting needs. Thank you, Tristan, for making my experience outstanding!”

“My go to place on Madison Avenue in Lakewood, Ohio for all my hardwood floor refinishing needs. Customer service is excellent and Manage and co manager willing to help.”
“Gentleman in there was very professional and courteous, he even helped recommend a comparison for a tool that I was looking for and they didn't currently have, so he referred me to other places and even though I would much like to have purchased the hardware store because he referred me and was not worried about losing my business, he actually my gained respect and I would actually go back there and give them my business, just because he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me on some products that I really couldn't afford.”
“They went above and beyond on delivery the night before a holiday weekend and even came back after I had trouble starting what they delivered and walked me through it. Great and helpful team.”
“BCS is located in Oregon and we had a specific need for some fine sanding blocks that we could not locate. Charlie at Integrity supply came through above and beyond the call of Duty. By far exceeding our expectations. Plus the really good news you can quickly chat or call them, amazing don't ya think.”
