The vet provided a calming med for our cat before coming into the procedure, and Laurel, the surgeon, was wonderful, experienced, and caring. “So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. “Dr Jay is incredibly kind & knowledgeable & takes all the time needed to take care of your pup. Never rushes through anything & makes sure to thoroughly explain everything. Has a sense of humor to keep even the more difficult visits lighthearted. After our one dogs passed away he found out through the oncologist and he sent us a sympathy card in the mail. That was very touching & thoughtful. I would recommend bringing your dog here 100/100 times. Very very fair pricing too & appointments can typically be made without needing to wait long.”

“Both of my dogs go here. My older I’ve been taking to this location since she was about a year old, and this year she’ll be 10. Everyone here is awesome, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets. They’re so nice and caring and helpful! The people really make it a great experience.Just a note for Banfield in general- since I’ve mostly ever gone just for drop-off check-ups, I feel a slight disconnect with the vets, just because I don’t see them every time. I’d also like to see the back area where they take the pups, just out of curiosity. That’s another area where I feel a little bit of a disconnect, but I do understand that this system allows them to make more appointments per day which is very good for us!
