“I had an amazing experience at lux redux. It was truly the best bridal experience and I felt like a princess trying on all beautiful gowns there. The space was classy and aesthetic and everyone was very professional. Before the appointment, we had a phone consultation and I sent them over some inspo pictures. When I got the store, I worked with Mya and she was so lovely to work with. Mya truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel confident. I am THE MOST indecisive person, so classically, I could not decide between two dresses. Mya spent an extra hour talking through every little detail of each dress until I could confidently make a decision. Not only did Mya end up picking my amazing dress, but she had a way of knowing what I wanted even when I did not!!! Despite having already gone way late on time, the ladies at the shop were willing to talk through every detail of what needed alterations, etc. in order for me to feel confident buying my dress. Not only did I walk away with my dream dress but it was a fraction of my budget. I could not recommend luz redux enough. This was my second time dress shopping and I was so happy I landed here to find my DRESSES (yes, two! LOL). THANK YOU MYA!”

“This experience far exceeded any of my expectations. We, my party and I, had such a great time. I had only been to one other place prior before coming here. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted. Once the rest of my party arrived we were invited to shop the store. This was truly the best part. Both my stylist and her assistant let us casually browse and every once in awhile asked what I liked about certain dresses. They really listened and got to know me for the brief time we were there. I felt that we all had such a great time together. The entire appointment felt relaxed and truly enjoyable. Towards the end I was starting to feel like they were all just so beautiful I should just pick one, BUT THEN my stylist Jen brought out 'The One' and we were all in Aw. Thank you Jen and Jen for your help, expertise and patience. Truly a one of kind experience. Will for sure be recommending your boutique to all future brides.”

This is Outstanding Customer Service. She said she could not let the skirt go unless she had done a professional job. My dad was a tailor.
