“I would like to give a special shout-out to Marissa and her team. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and dedicated. It’s wonderful to see a team that supports one another while maintaining such a friendly attitude toward customers.

Bakery: Hands down the best! The pastries are delicate and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet or “gritty” with sugar like in other places.

Produce: I love the baby bananas and Asian pears. I also recently discovered the red candy grapes, which are incredibly sweet, and their chestnuts are a great find too!

Flowers: Simply amazing! I bought two bouquets on Tuesday evening (March 3rd) and was worried they might not stay fresh because it was a late-night purchase. However, nearly 3 weeks later, they are still blooming beautifully.”

“After being at so many Kroger pharmacies this is my favorite. They have been exceptional on timing and customer service. Their close time is 8pm and I shows up 7:45 still willing to be helpful and Ronnie made my day! Very serious prescription I needed. Glad I moved!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jaiden at Kroger absolutely deserves one. This dude is seriously the backbone of the store. Every single time I see him, he’s constantly moving, helping customers, fixing problems, stocking shelves, answering questions, and still somehow keeping a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of his work.

What really stands out is how professional and respectful he is to everyone. Even when the store is busy or stressful, Jaiden stays calm, friendly, and handles everything like a pro. He goes above and beyond what’s expected, and it’s obvious he puts more effort in than most employees anywhere else.

Kroger needs more workers like Jaiden because people like him are the reason customers actually want to come back. He deserves recognition, a serious raise, and honestly should be training other employees because his work ethic is on another level. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any grocery store.”
