Cashier, Marie, was not friendly and visibly treated other customers better. I had asked her to look-up rewards we might have available. She seemed annoyed; minutes later I overheard her providing advice about 14 day price adjustment to another group of women. Interesting... not very customer-focused.

The Talbots on Lane Avenue is my all-time favorite Talbots store. The manager and sales team are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, and they always make my shopping experiences positive and fun! Thank you to everyone at the Lane Avenue Talbots!!

Would choose a different location next time. Came in with my boss during a lunch break. Nice store but the ladies were extremely judgemental and were being very disrespectful when my companion wasn't looking. They had some rude comments and facial expressions that as a customer service representative, should work on checking. You don't know us.

I went into the Lane Road store to buy a skirt and a shell top.There was a very young employee working in there. She blew off after I asked if it was on sale. Not the first time I had been "blown off." It depends on who in the store and if they are busy chatting. I left and went to the Worthington store where I not only bought the skirt and shell and got a nice discount and two out of three sales people were nice and professional. There's always that one.

I always feel like I get the worst service in the Lane Ave store. I am rarely, if ever greeted. Stand at check out waiting while employs chat (or better yet, greet other in-coming customers).Today I placed 3 shirts on the counter for check-out, and the woman at the register only rings 2 of them. Sees the 3rd shirt after charging my card and asks if I really wanted to buy the 3rd. Umm, yes. She then acts like it’s nothing, no apology, nothing.If it weren’t for the fact that my Mom loves Talbots and they have a decently stocked petites department, I would never go back in.

Marie the manager is wonderful, she helped me find a birthday gift for my mother. She was very attentive and listened to what my needs were and we found a gift my mother loved!! Thank you Marie!!

Everything was 40% off. Found a pair of jeans in clearance. They didn't have a sweater in my size. The lady said they wouldn't be getting any more back. I wonder if they are closing?
