“Excellent service, every time. My dogs get top notch care at this location. I used to go to forest park, but I could tell they don't like Pits because they were always incredibly standoffish to me and my dogs. So I started going to upper Arlington and the care has been stellar ever since!”
“The absolute best veterinary practice! The staff and care is impeccable. We have been taking our animals here for about the last 15 years and even before the current and beautiful state of the art facility. If you want a caring vet that provides gold standard care, it is here. I cannot say enough positive things about the kindness, and competence shown to myself, my husband, and our beloved pets. They have helped us navigate some tough health issues with our dogs. The staff thoroughly answers questions, takes his/her time with you, and at times even sits on the floor with your pet so they feel more comfortable. At my most recent visit, my pup didn’t even seem to notice her shots being administered. Thank you to the staff and owners that obviously share the passion and love of animals, and their well being!

“My Greyhound injured her toe back in June and we were referred to Riverside Animal Care. Unfortunately she had to have her toe amputated, but we received the BEST care from all the people we saw during this whole ordeal. They treated her so well and were so loving towards her. They have been calling on a regular basis to check on her. Dr Christine was our doctor and I can’t say enough about her. She’s FANTASTIC!! I definitely recommend Riverside Animal Care ❤️”
“Wow, where do I start? My Weimaraners see Dr. Bowden and Dr. West, who are absolutely terrific! Not only are the veterinarians there wonderful, but the staff is as well. Switching to Health and Harmony was the best decision I could have made for my two girls. Recently, my youngest weim was spayed along with a gastropexy. The front office called every day for a week to check on her. If you're looking for an all-around top-notch vet, look no further than Health and Harmony. Tell them Marlee and Riley sent you❤️”
“I brought my childhood pup (he was 17) here for end of life about 2 years ago. They handled everything so elegantly and thoughtfully that fast forward to now, I have decided to take my new pup here who is just over 3 months old now.
The care has been phenomenal through 3 visits, the staff is absolutely awesome and care about every pet that walks through the door, and my puppy absolutely loves everyone there.

“I was in a bind with my dog requiring to be urgently seen, and me being by myself with two young children right before closing, I was anxious. The team was so thoughtful and encouraged me to bring my children. They continued to be caring and courteous as they could see I was stressed with the situation. “If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My dog, Bailey, had to have a tooth extracted and a dental cleaning. I was very nervous and anxious for Bailey to have this done. My previous dog, Jake, had a dental cleaning and passed away two weeks later. He had all the bloodwork done and was healthy. I never got a clear answer as to what happened. I explained all of this to Dr. Beck. She was very understanding and explained everything that was going to happen. I knew that Bailey was in good hands. No matter which tech you get, all of them are extremely nice and caring! This is the first vet that Bailey isn’t scared of. Even after her procedure, she walked in and greeted the staff! I can’t thank Dr. Beck and the staff enough for taking great care of Bailey and calming my nerves. ?☺️”

Prices have increased pretty steeply in recent years but I feel like this is everywhere. Hopefully it’s just inflation related and things might level back out soon.

“Dr. April Bauer and the team here are wonderful! This is our little man’s PCP and they’ve been wonderful with accommodating last minute emergencies. Just picked him up from surgery today, compassion and communication seems to be a top priority here.”

He has extensive knowledge of dentistry and the protocols used were the same as you would expect at a tertiary care hospital. “I could not have asked for a better experience and staff for my puppies first wellness visit. During her visit, Dr. Horne was very thorough and took the extra time to answer all my questions, review potty training and offer lots of tips and tricks for the puppy stage. The techs were also so kind and great with animals and even sent me home with a framed picture of my puppy. Dr. Horne and her team went above and beyond and you can truly tell they love what they do! I’m so happy I’ve found the Clintonville Animal hospital and the expertise of Dr. Horne. I know my puppy will be in great hands for years to come!”
“very nice and accommodating neighborhood vet. squeezed my kitties in as a last minute multiple times, and solved every issue. this isn't a vet with the latest tech and a fancy office but they ARE the kindest people and do what they need to figure out what's up; they cultured and diagnosed my coworkers cat with a more rare pathogen when other vets couldn't figure it out, and they've been our primary vet ever since.”

“OMG!!! My dog Louie dislocated his hip. After weeks of grueling pain, frustration and being told stupendous prices for surgery…I was referred to this Clinic and met this AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING MAN! Dr. Harrison ?? I came in and explained all Louie and I had been through (even told to euthanize my sweet fur baby) and in a moment of Kindness and compassion…Dr. Harrison came up with a plan for his treatment and performed it! My Louie is back to feeling great, bone in place and happy as ever!
