“Very nice experience in the Elyria store. Shawn help me with my purchase. I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted. She did show me all three models of the mattress I was looking at. I did decide on a different mattress with her assistance. My mattress and adjustable base was delivered and set up today. The delivery guys, Brian and Ron, were very nice and professional. I'm happy with my new bed and the assistance I received.”

“We were looking for a new mattress with base. There are so many out there now it is overwhelming. After going to several other places that sold mattresses we went to Levin. Linda took such good care of us. She asked us questions that helped her understand what type of mattress she thought would fit us best. She then took the time to answer all of our questions while we tried out mattresses.
The delivery and set up went very smoothly.

“I can not say enough about the Interior Design Studio, Katie Heinz and the entire staff. Katie helped me transform three rooms (a study and 2 bedrooms). Her vision, recommendations and final touches were beyond what I could have imagined. She challenged me to go outside of my comfort zone and the results are absolutely stunning. Katie was very patient with me every time I called and questioned a design decision. She would reassure me that all would be fine and she was right. By the end of the project if I questioned something, I just knew not to worry about it because Katie said it would be fine. Throughout the project various other 'one offs' came up, including selecting new siding and lights for the exterior of our home, correcting an error made by another design studio and adding final touches to a recently remodeled bathroom. Katie didn't hesitate to jump in and make time for me on these projects. Every recommendation Katie made was perfect. Also, the entire team at Interior Design, including Dana and Debra, were pleasant, professional and helpful.If you are looking for an interior designer, I highly recommend Katie Heinz and the entire team at The Interior Design Studio. Your home will be transformed beyond your expectations.”
“Ada and the other ladies who work in the store are just terrific to work with. We have had other furniture pieces made at Eastwood. This time it was a kitchen table that folds up to make it smaller to fit in a smaller house in a retirement community. We took a picture of what we thought would work and they took it from there. “I love the variety of flowers, lighting, and seasonal decoration. I wonder when they started carrying portulaca plants? I called for years and they said they did not sell them, however, I was just there and saw them in pots. I guess I see next year if they get them in cuz I only use them for hanging baskets.”

“I usually do curbside pick up and the employees are always SO nice and quick! Today I had to go into the store to pick up and was waiting at the customer service desk and overheard Lisa taking care of a customer, noticing a long line at Starbucks and requested help, and also dealt with a customer that was a little rude but she had a smile the whole time! Naseem helped me today and he’s always so polite. I just wanted to leave a good review to recognize how I see these people often and they’re always friendly and make target runs a pleasant experience. Thank you!”
“Went there to find Vaseline and found it so easy! the stores lighting is not too harsh it’s calming the staff is helpful and nice. they have really good selection of food and personal care products. there home section is a 10! My favorite store.”

The crew came and moved a queen mattress, 2 chairs and bedding out of the house in a matter of minutes and were very friendly. I’d choose this over dumping items at Goodwill any day.”

VCS has so much beautiful variety of natural and manufactured stone, plus their vertical & horizontal displays are fantastic, enabling you to better see and even walk on the pavers - which is so important when working with a large (or small) project. I want to make mention of Sarah and Emily who are so knowledgeable of the extensive product lines and Joe who was able to address some special adhesive products that would be ideal for the paver I was interested.
