Because of our past experience, we decided to look for a new Sleep Number mattress with an adjustable frame and stopped at the Strongsville store. For the most part we worked with Kelli, and she was very knowledgeable, patient and great to work with! Scott took care of placing the order for us as Kelli was out and he was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a Sleep Number mattress and/or frame”
“I can not say enough about the Interior Design Studio, Katie Heinz and the entire staff. Katie helped me transform three rooms (a study and 2 bedrooms). Her vision, recommendations and final touches were beyond what I could have imagined. She challenged me to go outside of my comfort zone and the results are absolutely stunning. Katie was very patient with me every time I called and questioned a design decision. She would reassure me that all would be fine and she was right. By the end of the project if I questioned something, I just knew not to worry about it because Katie said it would be fine. Throughout the project various other 'one offs' came up, including selecting new siding and lights for the exterior of our home, correcting an error made by another design studio and adding final touches to a recently remodeled bathroom. Katie didn't hesitate to jump in and make time for me on these projects. Every recommendation Katie made was perfect. Also, the entire team at Interior Design, including Dana and Debra, were pleasant, professional and helpful.If you are looking for an interior designer, I highly recommend Katie Heinz and the entire team at The Interior Design Studio. Your home will be transformed beyond your expectations.”

“These folks are a joy to work with. They have the tools and know-how to get the job done right. They also are very flexible about working weekends. My shed was moved from and into a difficult spot, without damaging the shed or the yard.
The costs are very reasonable too. Additionaly, They are very good about answering emails and calls.

They even use like a thin protective like sheet to put on the bed to try it out when you lay on the mattress. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new mattress or bed set.”

“I was here a long time ago when they were struggling. What a beautiful difference! Half of the store is full of beautiful furniture and household goods. The other half is clothing with no thrift store smell! Priced right and extremely well organized. We will be back! They also help folks get into a home of their own and help provide beds for kids. How great is that!”
