1409 Barn Run Drive, Valley City OH 44280
“There’s a gentleman who works there, Pedro, who is extraordinarily helpful. Valley City is not my local post office, but I go out of my way to because he is the most competent, and friendly, person I’ve come across at the post office. I highly recommend him, specifically.”

24 Seminary Street, Berea OH 44017
“This is the best post office branch in Northeast Ohio. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. People forget, but there are parking spots to the side of the post office. Just make a right on that little one-way street, folks! So I’ve never had any issues parking. Now, sometimes the customers are really rude, but the staff are super friendly and kind. I’ve had to do very complex international mailings that really stressed me out, but the staff are unfailingly knowledgeable and helpful!”

1195 Industrial Pkwy, Medina OH 44256
“Had a package that was showing a Saturday delivery but never delivered. Updated to a Monday delivery but we were heading out of town and needed the package for our trip. Headed to the annex first thing Monday morning and the gentleman who answered the door was kind enough to go search for it. 5 minutes later he reappeared with package in hand and a smile. Great customer service!!”

13301 Smith Road, Cleveland OH 44130
“Mostly busy location with long lines, especially during peak hours, but that is pretty common for this post office. I usually just drop off my mail and packages, so I cannot say too much about the full customer service experience. Parking is plentiful, although it can fill up quickly during busy times. The building itself is not very large, so when the line gets long it can feel a little cramped inside. That said, the location is convenient and seems organized considering how many people come through daily. The self-service drop-off area helps make quick visits easier, and the place generally feels clean and well maintained. If you go during non-peak hours, the experience is much smoother.”
