“Best hardware store in Cleveland, especially if you’re actually in the city vs the suburbs. It’s easy to get to with a rear location. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The place really shines when it comes to their service. If you have any questions about tools, hardware, paint, building supplies. This is the place to go! Contractors can set-up accounts for employees, or individuals can use cash/card. They carry tons of Milwaukee power tools, hardware, pack-out, hands tools, trade tools. As well as several other name brands. My favorite section is their hardware section. It’s fully stocked 80% of the time and they have EVERYTHING! For all trades and DIY. Metric and SAE”

“I'm so confused by this store. When I entered I was greeted cheerily and then... asked if I had any questions. When I said no, I was politely left to my own devices. It was almost as if... it was assumed that as a female I must know what I was doing and did not require anything to be mansplained. Then, when I DID ask a question, not only did the staff member on duty answer it, he answered knowledgeably, honestly, and was altogether immensely helpful.
Surely this can't be a hardware-type store can it? Maybe it's diy nirvana?

Sherwin Williams has always been our primary carpet installer and paid contractor. this week Justin and Jesse and the installers at this location really helped me out with a last minute install. anytime I have any issue my rep Jessie or Justin the manager handles it.
