Recently had an appointment with Shayla Sims, respiratory therapist. She was thorough and had great bedside manner. She was so efficient and helpful for current issues and concerns. Would highly recommend working with her!

Shayla, was very very nice and professional, and definitely met all of my concerns and my needs. I am thankful that she was assigned to me, I know I will finally get the proper rest from here on!! I would also highly recommend Rotech, for any of your c- pac needs, great job!!!

Been 8 days and no returned phone call. Manager won’t talk with me and completely indifferent support. Equipment broken within 3 years. Notes say somebody would call me then they denied the notes say that. Completely frustrating how little they cared to help and how evasive they were to answering my questions

Shayla trained me how to set up a new CPAP machine. She knew all the technical aspects of the equipment, and expertly explained them to a first time user. Shayla also provided much-needed encouragement and empathy toward a somewhat reluctant patient. I highly recommend Shalya’s respiratory therapy skills, and appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

4 years ago, Erin came out to my house in Cleveland... and, really helped me out when I was in a sleep apnea jam... she came on a Saturday and set me up with the much needed equipment- which enabled me to be qualified for hiring, at the best trucking job in town.
I'm in her debt... thank you so much Erin!
I hope that you're enjoying retirement... its much deserved.

When I first received my cpap machine, I got great customer service. I received calls to order supplies when they were due and received the supplies on time. Once I went on medicare, all the "rules" changed. Even after providing them with everything they asked for, including physician information, I have not been able to order supplies. When I call, I'm told there's an order for my machine to be picked up and so cannot order any supplies. A representative actually came to my house to retrieve my cpap machine! The manager verified that I am in full compliance with everything and told me personally that he would see to it that my account gets straightened out. I've been waiting at least 8 months for this to happen. Most recently, this week, I called rotech and was told I would receive a call back. That has not happened! I'm at the point where I won't be able to use the machine because I have no clean filters. I also need other items that are wearing out or that may be contaminated. I've called medicare and my secondary insurance and have been told that I'm covered. Rotech just needs to send me the supplies and send them the bill. I have no idea how to solve this issue as no one has followed through with what needs to be done.

This place no one ever return calls or answers phone been waiting on bed for my mother for over a damn month and they don't seem to care at all worst medical equipment company ever!!!! I see why you guys have a 1.3 rating score nobody can answer any questions as to what's the hold up on a bed it's very frustrating ?

James at Rotech in Valley View, Ohio is an angel! My elderly mother was injured & her doctor ordered a Rollator walker to be mailed to her home. I spoke with James & he was thoughtful enough to ask if mom has anyone to assemble it after delivery (which she does not)... so he offered to drop off a fully assembled Rollator to my mom's home, after work hours! He arrived at the time he promised & made sure to show mom how to use the brakes, etc. James went above & beyond to help us, during his off-time. Thank you for your incredible kindness, James. You made a huge difference in mom's life!

The girl who answers the phone is horrible to speak to. Rude, over talks customers, is not helpful and shouldn’t be working in customer service.
