“The sales people were amazing, so friendly, and considerate. They even had a Michigan sales person there, even thru it’s definitely The Ohio Buckeyes turf. So understanding. They got us the best deal possible, they got all the extras put on as soon as possible as we were leaving for Florida in a few days. They showed us all the terrific gadgets that was on the truck. The one that slows you down when approaching another vehicle is definitely my favorite. When I was driving from North Carolina to Florida, that took away some of the stress. This is my third vehicle from Lee Kinstle, there is a reason for that, they make you feel like your the only person that matters, and they have all the time in the world for you.”

“Chris was VERY friendly and helpful! He sold me LED headlights and Bosch Winter windshield wipers and offered to install them all when it was in single digits outside. “Truck broke down yesterday at 3am and had my truck and tandem axel dump trailer towed here. Slept in the parking lot until they opened and Jim and the other manager went above and beyond to help me. Jim had helped me find the parts and tools I needed and even drove me down the road to help me get everything I needed. They went above and beyond and called some of their friends that were mechanics to see if they were available to help me out. Given the situation I was in and being 3 hours from home and stuck in a town I didn’t know over night they really helped me in every way possible I couldn’t of dreamt of a better outcome. I will definitely be telling this story to my friends and will always recommend this location. Blessed to of met these guys they definitely saved the day.”
“My son ordered tires for me from Walmart.com and had them delivered to the Walmart Super center in Van Wert Oh. There was a little confusion on the date to come in because they had a wrong phone number for me and I never got the text. But we set it up for another day, and they were on time getting to my car. And had all the work done in an hour. The lady at the check out had a bit of an issue with the paper work, but she fixed it promptly and was very kind in saying she was so sorry for holding me up. I hope they can keep the ones they have working there for a while. As all of the auto department people I have dealt with have been very kind and helpful.”

“Last year, I had a bit of an oops moment with my car. Side passenger door got all scratched up real bad. I kinda sat on that issue for months as i had a lot to deal with last year. But... winter was coming... it was already end of November and I didn't want to mess up my car by having my damaged vehicle deal with corrosion due to the snow and then salt that goes with winter driving. I took my car in to Superior Collision as it was relatively near my house. I got an appointment for end of December as they had that much business. So i took my vehicle in and in a few days my car looked brand new. I also was surprised to have found that they had washed the car both inside and out. Super happy with the service here. Mind you, i hope i never need autobody repair services again... but if I do... I will definitely come back here again.”
