“I dont typically review unless there's an incredibly terrible experience, but they're worth going out of my way to review in a positive way. I was in van wert running errands and called for a tire balance. They were very busy but managed to get me in because the car was shaking too much. He took the time to look everything over and properly fix the issue. Probably the most honest car shop I've ever come across, and incredible prices to boot. Will return.”

“The sales people were amazing, so friendly, and considerate. They even had a Michigan sales person there, even thru it’s definitely The Ohio Buckeyes turf. So understanding. They got us the best deal possible, they got all the extras put on as soon as possible as we were leaving for Florida in a few days. They showed us all the terrific gadgets that was on the truck. The one that slows you down when approaching another vehicle is definitely my favorite. When I was driving from North Carolina to Florida, that took away some of the stress. “My son ordered tires for me from Walmart.com and had them delivered to the Walmart Super center in Van Wert Oh. There was a little confusion on the date to come in because they had a wrong phone number for me and I never got the text. But we set it up for another day, and they were on time getting to my car. And had all the work done in an hour. The lady at the check out had a bit of an issue with the paper work, but she fixed it promptly and was very kind in saying she was so sorry for holding me up. I hope they can keep the ones they have working there for a while. As all of the auto department people I have dealt with have been very kind and helpful.”
