“Bought a used truck and needed the oil changed , best place in Van Wert. Done business with them in the past figured it was time to go back . Thanks for the great job”
“From the start I was impressed with this business. I will continue using Take 5 as long as I own a vehicle. The 3 guys were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I felt appreciated.
Good job - Noah, Tanner and Sully. If upper management would have watched you work, you would have each gotten a raise!
Oil change - services button is inop in survey.”
“My son ordered tires for me from Walmart.com and had them delivered to the Walmart Super center in Van Wert Oh. There was a little confusion on the date to come in because they had a wrong phone number for me and I never got the text. But we set it up for another day, and they were on time getting to my car. And had all the work done in an hour. The lady at the check out had a bit of an issue with the paper work, but she fixed it promptly and was very kind in saying she was so sorry for holding me up. I hope they can keep the ones they have working there for a while. As all of the auto department people I have dealt with have been very kind and helpful.”

“Every time I have an issue on my car, these folks have taken care of me. They tried to find the most economical way to serve. They often take me at the last minute. They explain everything that they are doing so by the time we're done.I have no questions to ask.Because they've already answered everything beforehand. This is my trusted place to go to first. It's a great feeling to know I have my own place to go to when I need it. Many places take advantage of older people. But that is not the case at Quick Lane.”
