“I am extremely impressed with this organization. I am a Realtor and I had some clients interested in a home which had been on the market for almost a year. That is an eternity in this current real estate market. It appears that he reason for it not selling was due to the assumption that since it was zoned commercial that it had to have a commercial mortgage.
