I came to this location to purchase Quarters. I came in with cash. They refused to let me purchase quarters. Teller said it's a new policy if you don't bank with them .

Always friendly employees. If a line, never had to wait very long.They could always answer all my questions and even give good suggestions.

Oof. I can't get anyone to help my situation that I never asked for. They reached out to me, refunded me a little money then never fixed the problem. Now here we are again. Two weeks later with the same problem. I've been with key for 3plus years and it's never been this out of wack. I'm done here ✌?
