Not bad, but they're hardly ever there. Just go to the Hertz counter, as they handle the Thrifty customers when the Thrifty counter is closed.
Other than that, the car was clean, in great condition, but didn't have it's own navigation system or cell phone mount/holder.

Jean was so incredibly helpful and compassionate. 9hrs away from home with a smashed up car. She got us in and out and we shared some laughter too! Need more people like her for sureCar is nice but not the cleanest and Covid is still happening but I’m sure they are short staffed like every other business right now.
