“Either Google was wrong about the hours, or they were only open until 1800 on the day my flight came in, so I couldn't pickup my rental car until the next day. I didn't think to check if they were open because Google said they were closed. However someone told me they were open later. So clearly Google is wrong, so get that fixed.”

“I had to rent a car for my boss on very short notice. I went to Hertz in Vandalia and dealt with Spencer and his manager. They were both fantastic! They delivered the car to my boss once she signed all of the necessary paperwork, and Spencer even gave her a thorough walk-thru of the car before leaving. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and my boss loved the car!”
