“This review is like a month late, but gotta say that your service member Brian is one of the reasons I stay with National. Had a pretty poor day and for various reasons had to return my rental early and wasn’t in the best mood. He was professional, kind, and was able to answer/help me out on several questions. There’s was a personal touch there and I left the facility in a better spot.”

“Super friendly staff and the vehicles were in excellent condition. This was my first trip to America and the VW Atlas they rented to me was the perfect vehicle to get around in. Returning the car was a breeze and I would recommend the Vandalia branch in Ohio 100%.”

“After my husband had issues with a different car rental business at the Dayton International Airport, I decided to use Enterprise. SO glad I did. They were friendly and competent during both check in and returning the vehicle. I'll choose them again next time I am there without hesitation. They were also less expensive that the others I looked into!”

“Alamo was the absolute best option for my rental car choice on my return to my home town Dayton, Ohio. The freedom to choose my preferred auto was a superb option. The shiny, polished, clean and updated VW Atlas I chose was a joy to drive. The friendly knowledgeable attendant delivered 5-star service and left me with the feeling that I made the right choice of loss-damage waiver and pre-paid Gas option. Hertz Club is normally my preference but Alamo this time was the absolute best choice.”

“I had to rent a car for my boss on very short notice. I went to Hertz in Vandalia and dealt with Spencer and his manager. They were both fantastic! They delivered the car to my boss once she signed all of the necessary paperwork, and Spencer even gave her a thorough walk-thru of the car before leaving. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and my boss loved the car!”

“We rented a vehicle to travel out of state. We had to trade vehicles a couple times due to maintenance. Krissy was extremely supportive and patient with us throughout this process. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked us through everything carefully. Her expertise was appreciated and we had a successful experience! Thank you Krissy!”

“So my experience actually wasn’t bad, staff was fine and I got a good car in good condition…but be advised, this location is apparently a franchise so (I learned after spending 10-15 min trying to extend my rental), the Thrifty national call center doesn’t track or handle rentals from this location”

“I rented the Badlands edition Ford Bronco. It was awesome! Check in and return was super easy! I even had to extend my rental a day because my original flight was canceled, and that was a simple process as well. I would absolutely rental from here again if I come back to this area.”
