“I recently ordered and received my steam punk charging station and copper pipe room desk lamp and I couldn't be more than thrilled with the items and the overall general experience. Tim helped me when I reached out through email to ask a question and his response time was impeccable. The quality product, the design, and even down to the receiving the package shows it was made and delivered with care. I cannot wait to request some more items from them once we move into our new house. The quality, craftsmanship, and unique designs are truly a conversation piece. Thank you for everything and I look forward to doing more business with you soon!”

“The store was very fun and cool, and initially I was worried about bringing my kids in because it seemed like there were some breakable objects. But the woman working there (maybe the owner?) was so warm and welcoming. She helped my daughter choose something really special to spend her Christmas money on, and gave both kids some little freebies that made our visit to the store extra magical. She is a great example of why small businesses are 1000x better than big box stores. We will visit every time we’re here.”

“Blinds were delivered and installed without a hitch. Installer arrived on time, finished quickly and cleaned up. Even removed old blinds, which I wasn't expecting. It's only been a couple weeks, but everything works as advertised so far. I wanted to replace my old blinds with something that blocked light better and got it.”

“A very special THANK YOU to Etc. Boutique & Gifts AND their incredibly thoughtful and generous customers. I just started 37 daily radiation treatments for cancer this week and received your most welcomed "care package" yesterday from the staff at MercyHealth Cancer Center, Elyria. For those of you who won't see this, I hope the store prints it out and posts it inside the store. Your act of kindness did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated (even by those you won't hear back from). All I can say is BEST & WARMEST WISHES TO ALL OF YOU AND THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!”
