“Staff, ease of online rental, pick up and drop off are flawless. The car I got was another story. It was clean, looked nice, smelled fresh and all that, but drove horrible. Not sure if it was the suspension or tires or what but I felt like I was driving a dump truck. It was a VERY ROUGH trip to say the least”
