“My experience with Lumpp Rent-A-Car was totally enjoyable. My regular car had a catastrophic oil leak which required dealership level expertise. While it was being repaired, I needed another car. The car I rented from Lumpp was clean, performed perfectly and was easy on fuel! From the time I picked it up until I dropped it off everything was straightforward and went very smoothly. If I find myself in that situation again, I know where I will be going. Absolutely 5 Stars!!!”

“I had a really great experience with the Enterprise in Hermitage, PA, thanks to Elias. When I first picked up my rental, the only vehicle available at the time was a truck. I called this location to see if there was any way I could switch it out, and Elias was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know that if I came in at a scheduled time the following day, he’d be able to go over some options with me. When I arrived, he took the time to clearly explain everything that was available, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood what would work best for my situation. The whole swap process was quick, smooth, and efficient. No stress, no confusion. Elias was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire interaction. It made a big difference. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location because of him.”
