“I had a really great experience with the Enterprise in Hermitage, PA, thanks to Elias.
When I first picked up my rental, the only vehicle available at the time was a truck. I called this location to see if there was any way I could switch it out, and Elias was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know that if I came in at a scheduled time the following day, he’d be able to go over some options with me.
When I arrived, he took the time to clearly explain everything that was available, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood what would work best for my situation. The whole swap process was quick, smooth, and efficient. No stress, no confusion.
