“Had Diane in Youngstown, OH help get my account extended to get some tanks in Salt Lake City. Diane went above and beyond in helping usher through my request in under 2 hours. I was very appreciative after most other providers needed a week to do the same.”

“This hardware store is a time capsule! This is an old school hardware store also with hobby items like models and model trains. There is also old cars in the back of this store you can view. The best part is its locally owned and willing to help you find anything your looking for.”
35 S Main St, Hubbard OH 44425
“Good place. One of the larger hardware stores in the area. Lots of stuff from tools to hardware, to building materials, propane, and garden stuff. A little higher on the prices, but not everyone can be walmart”

“Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me solve the problem I had (a lot better service than some unmentionable stores, ie:Lowes-- (spent over an hour in store needing to get a 2x4, associates just walked by like I wasn't there, walked back to the front and stood right in front of a manager for at least 25-30 (of the hour i was there), was never acknowledged (he stood and talked with 2 other associates), finally just said "the hell with this place" and walked out..Menards-- (spent at least 10 hours over 4 days in store with very very little associate interaction and no help) and last but not least.Home Depot-- spent between 45 minutes to an hour in store needing to find out about saw blades, had them call over the intercom for help 3 different times, no one came, finally an associate came over to help another customer, stopped her when she got done and 3 minutes later I was checking out.”

“We all know Harbor Freight. The quality is eeeeeh, iffy. But they've gotten better in recent years and they're a good place to buy an inexpensive tool for a specific job, rather than a tool you're planning on passing down to the grandkids. I needed snips and reciprocating saw blades to demo a derelict hot tub that came with my new home. Spent $20 which is probably half what I would've spent at the Depot or Lowe's. Score!”
455 Elm Rd NE, Warren OH 44483
“I went there for the first time, on a Sunday to get a few things. It didn't look like much when I pulled in. But it didn't take long to feel like a valued customer. The guy working there was very friendly and extremely helpful. The lady working the register was friendly too. I needed a couple other things later that day, and there was no question where I was going. They have a good selection of products. I would definitely recommend getting your hardware or whatever you need from there.”

“Edit; people are a lot friendlier here now :) I was at the Menards on 2015 Walmart Dr, Warren OH 44483. I was met with a rude customer service representative BETHANY an older woman with blond highlights. I came in about a return or exchange on behalf of a stake light I had purchased from them but lost the box and receipt for it. She said she couldn't find the SKU and implied I did not purchase from there and that I was mistaken. I went to where I had bought the light from in the light area and found where it was sold, the SKU and sale price. She was too lazy to do her job and she just wanted me gone and out of the store so she wouldn't deal with me. When I went back to the customer service desk with the SKU information she came up to me and said "There is nothing I can do for you." When I told her I found the SKU she said "Well you're going to have to wait for me then". She was very rude and unprofessional, I ended up doing the return with a very nice girl named Emily with natural red hair. I spoke the the manager of this Menards and she said she will do more training. But I am appalled at how this woman treated me as if I was stupid and a nuisance. I would like for her to be fired because if that's how she is going to treat me that is how she treats other guests and if that's the case she should not be in customer service. I will continue to complain until she is fired. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNTIL THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR STAFF!!!”

“April in the paint department helped me match a color that multiple people at different stores including this one failed to do. She knows how to use the machines in her department correctly and that saves your store thousands of dollars. She should get a raise ?”
