I just opened an account here for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience! Becca was very helpful and patient and an excellent communicator.
And I love that they have this picture on the wall that says money should be boring - because it should be! People get excited about money and worry about money 24/7 -- and are miserable. This seems like a great bank for normal working stiffs.

Horrible. Since the change to no tellers, I must travel to Medina or Copley for any special services. Big mistake PNC. We are making arrangements to switch banks. Also the people who are inside, especially the manager, are terribly rude. What a shame!

Yesterday I went to this branch for the first time in five years to get documents from closed accounts. It was surreal walking in, there are no bank tellers or front desk anymore. You literally have to sit around and wait for somebody to assist you.The woman who I had an appointment with got me my requested documents, which I needed for a mortgage application. She was stern and sarcastic for no reason.She asked me why I didn't use PNC first, "We do that here you know." I do know this and already had been going through their mortgage pre-approval, but my contact with them did not get back to me in time before NVR mortgage accepted my application. The lady also was convinced that I couldn't manage my own finances now that I cancelled two savings accounts and combined my assets into one checking account.I understand the concept of a savings account, but I have spent my entire life budgeting and putting money away. Her condescending tone and lecturing is something I don't appreciate. My advice to the employees here, PROFESSIONALISM is key. Don't talk to customers as if they are children or that they are stupid.She asked me if I intended to close my PNC account altogether at one point, and it is tempting now. They're lucky pretty much all banks suck like they do, and there isn't much point in doing that.Overall, I will do my best to never come back to this branch. It's not even a bank if they don't have tellers, complete joke.

I have always been treated well by people at this branch & the other day, I had a problem with a deposit (my own error) & Dustin went above & beyond to help me figure out what to do. Businesses have had to adapt to an ever shrinking labor force & technology has had to fill in the gap. It's frustrating at times, but it's just a reality of life now. It's not the fault of the workers. They are having to handle multiple & changing roles, I appreciate the kindness & care with which they helped me navigate my problems.

I am FLOORED to see the other reviews on here. Everytime I come to this PNC, the workers are extremely kind and accommodating, and the ATM works just fine. Becka helped my partner and I out, even though we got there just before close/well after close. She was extremely helpful and kind, and welcomed us back in the future. Thank you!

This is the worst branch I've ever been to. If I could leave zero stars I would. This branch honestly makes me want to leave PNC entirely. An absolute joke .

I would give zero stars if it allowed, go through the drive thru to deposit a check and it tells me that the check is unreadable, I select to get the check back and it gives me an error message saying it can't return the check! I go into the branch the next morning and they tell me it will take 7 business days for them to retrieve the check?? I've banked here for 15 plus years and every since they've went remote at this office it's been nothing but a nightmare. The manager and the guy inside are not capable of customer service, and they deserve to be fired!! Will definitely be switching banks within a few day's!!

Inside atm didn’t accept deposits, pnc customer service phone number said they couldn’t help me, so I had to stand outside and use the car atm and worry about traffic

Terrible branch to do any transaction other than ATM! Went in exchange small bills for larger ones and was told by the woman in the lobby (her job is to help people with the video teller since it is trash, instead of her just being a teller) go to a bank with tellers.

The most worthless bank branch I have ever encountered. They let all the tellers go, so you have to do everything through a monitor/ATM. When I had rolls of coins to deposit, I had to go to the Doylestown branch. (Yes, the branch in Doylestown is more customer service oriented.) I went into this office on a Saturday to get some information on CDs and was told to come back on Monday. This branch might as well close down and just put up an ATM kiosk in a local parking lot. If not for all my direct deposits, I would have switched banks long ago. I still may.
