“This is definitely one of the better stores. It’s extremely clean, and they usually have everything that I have needed, and it saves me a trip to Kroger‘s. if I want obviously to buy a cart full of groceries I’ll go to Walmart, Sam’s or Costco. Kroger‘s this one out here in the Point leaves a lot to be desired. Go to the Kroger on Glendale Avenue. Walk through that store and you’ll see the difference. Guarantee it but this is a review for dollar tree out here in ZIP Code 43611 and it’s very nice it’s laid out well and clean and the people are very nice and polite.”

“I was just at Dollar General and I am just having a horrible day. Anyway, the cashier that waited on me was so super nice and really just went above and beyond what she had to do. She was a thin youngish woman with long hair. Everyone tells you when you do something wrong they should also let you know when you've done something right. Your lucky to have her.”

“Not usually I place I shop but since it is within two blocks from my home I decided to check it out. I was very impressed with the selection of products. It isn't somewhere to buy things you expect to last 10 years but to get you by, it isna great bargain. Be sure to visit. The staff are very helpful as well. 6th star quality.”

“I Love Shopping at $$ General on Alexis, the one on Lewis, and the one on Jackman & Sylvania. I buy treats for my Grand kids. They sale great trinkets and toys for kids. Snacks, like juices, chips, cookies, popcorn, & pop. Hygiene products. Like diapers, kotex, deodorants, and body sprays. & Household products, like bed spreads, hot plates, pots and pans and silverware. Seasonal products also. Like swim products, and holiday products. “One thing about shopping here is. You will always spend more than you plan to. I make my father a beetroot smoothie everyday for his Dementia he wants it and say it helps a lot. I get a months worth of frozen fruit and juice 80% less than what I would pay at a grocery store.”

“Fantastic store with extremely nice workers. They're helpful and nice and always willing to go above snd beyond to get the job done. I also see alot of people complaining about it being cluttered. On days it gets its trucks in they're in the process of stocking everything so the store has its racks of inventory out as they're process unloading everything. They work extremely hard to get everything out away as fast as possible but being understaffed they do an amazing job at getting it out away as quickly as they do.”

“The Family Dollar on East Broadway has a nice selection. The store is well maintained so customers can actually find what their looking for and the cashiers are always pleasant. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that around 3 pm the store is packed and 1 cashier is available, which prolongs the checkout time.”

“I NEVER wanted to shop here; then COVID hit. You can actually sustain a small household with products they carry. Ever since we lost our last grocery store, and then not long after, the Pharm, we have been in a food desert. This store is usually fairly organized unlike others I have frequented. The only thing they lack is fresh produce, which I see that other stores are starting to carry. Maybe they will add that for Rossford in the Future. They would have gotten 5 stars, but they close randomly and also only take cash at times. If management could only get that part together.”

“Came in for Printer Paper. Asked a nice young lady employee when I came in the store where I might find some. Instead of just pointing to an aisle and grunting, There. She walked me right to where it was and placed it in my hand. When I checked out she was behind the register to ring me up. You have a cashier there that goes above and beyond in representing what Customer Service is.”

“Was in the checkout lane, and witnessed a man fall not once but twice. He ended up with injuries to his face, the cashier didn’t hesitate to run outside and help the man. She helped escort him into the store where they provided a chair for him to set in. And offered to call for help but he just wanted a few minutes to rest. “I stopped at the dollar tree on Manhattan yesterday evening around 5pm (03/15/22.) The employees that were working yesterday were very polite and friendly. I grabbed two items. When I went to go checkout, I was actually short 68 cents. I asked the cashier to take one of the two items off. Instead, the employee took a dollar from her own personal money to cover mine. Yeah, it may have only been some change.. but it was the fact that she did it in the first place. It is something to be commended for. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I didn't. Thank-you for your kind gesture. I will be sure to pay it forward!”

“I like this location of the dollar tree. As the other commenter said, this is not the location in Glendale that is by the Hong Kong buffet. That location doesn't have a profile on Yelp yet. This location is nice and I always find more things than I need when I go. They have a good selection of decor and home/kitchen/cleaning goods. The staff has always been very friendly to me here. The plaza is a little hard to get to since it is on one side of the trail, just FYI depending on what side you are coming from.”

“I had the best experience as soon as I walked into the store. A young man named Anthony Bishop immediately greeted me with a warm hello. Told me as soon as I was ready to hit the bell and he'd be right up. He was continually working to make the store nice. I accidentally grabbed the wrong bag if cat food and he ran right over to help me. He is Definitely a keeper and should get a raise for his personality akone.”
“This is the only Dollar General I've visited that actually sells fresh fruit and vegetables. There's only a tiny area with fresh fruit and vegetables so there aren't too many varieties. But I'm just happy I can pick up a bag of carrots or apples from this DG. I wish more DG stores would carry fresh fruit and vegetables.”
