Claimed I cut him off when I have two friends who were all appalled by the way he claimed we cut him off
Was told they are a warranty center but claimed they are a service center.
To reply to owner below: you’re still ignoring the fact you made a claim we cut you off. You sounded monotone and miserable we called you. The fact hart doesn’t explain it to your customers doesn’t mean you don’t need to get angry with the customers. My boss and coworker heard on the phone how rude you were and negative , and he even said hang up we aren’t bringing it to someone like you. The phone did not drop , we hung up on you.
We found a service center that nicely explained it and also informed us about your negative doings.
I hope anyone reading this avoids this shop, and owner .

W F Smithers Co was a great purchasing experience. So much better than the big box stores. Very friendly service. Value added extras that you can't get anywhere else. I will defiantly be back for my future outdoor equipment needs and service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The basic lack of communication from this establishment is astonishing. I dropped off my machine 5 weeks ago and it took them 3 to tell me they didn’t have the model number. One week later I call to check in on it and I get told they would call me back once they found more information on the machine. One week passes and I call this morning and I speak to a young lady who seems overwhelmed by what I’m asking for which is an update. She says she is going to call me right back. Now I know customer service and I know when I’m getting the rub from a business and I know when I’m being fed B.S. I give it a few hours and I walk in and the girl seems surprised that I’m checking in on my machine. She proceeds to tell me they are a month booked out. I told her the machine has been there over 5 weeks. How much more time do you need for a basic service? That is no excuse. I understand that it’s a busy season for them. I get it but to not update anyone while your property is in their possession IS NOT HOW YOU OPERATE AS A BUSINESS! If the business owner reads this, please know that your Return in investment is lost on the crew you hire. Do better!

Dropped off mower for warranty work May 21st. Was told by two different staff members "we are backed up and won't be able to look at it for about 14 days". It is now July 8th and, after multiple calls, they now are saying they "plan to look at it this week".
**UPDATE** After this post, I received a call and was told "I can tell you the parts won't even be in stock and the $20 worth of work to fix the mower isn't worth it, just come pick it up." Probably could have told me that 7 weeks ago before I dropped it. Complete waste of time. . .
I would love to support small businesses, but my patience for terrible customer service has its limits.

Knowledgeable and customer centric. Will be purchasing all my lawn care related machinery from here. Service times can be lengthy, but that a testament to the quality work and service and the loyalty of the customer base.

We received the Husqvarna 320iL weed eater from Ryan and it's amazing. It was easy to assemble, lightweight but powerful, and is perfect for my son. He loves that is has minimal vibration, reverse feature, and the speed. What a great trimmer! Thank you WF Smothers Co.

I cannot speak on the service as a whole, but Ryan Adkins was at the counter when I walked in and addressed the issues with my mower. He came out and looked at something that had been busted for over a year, took it apart, and put it back together and got me running and back on my way. 10/10 for the honesty and for helping me. This sort of thing speaks volumes to me. Very appreciated and will seek this place again for any issues in the future.
