Some buildings have inherent problems with mold do to poor ventilation and some had have water leaks long ago, rent keeps going up for some reason and the only good thing about this place is the location

This is a wonderful community to live in, management is extremely helpful and responsive. Great home for my family for the time I stayed there, would highly recommend!

Nice and quiet place for the price. Maintenance was fast and courteous.
