“Can’t say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area we’ve shopped in.”

“I always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.
Whether you're looking for groceries, electronics, or household items, I highly recommend checking out the Costco in Boston Heights. It's a great place to shop!”

“Yes overnight parking at the end by the black fence. Had a 530 appointment, the guy came out at 5am, gave me a door and was unloaded in 1hr. He let me stay on the lot until my clock reset.”
“I have absolutely LOVED my experience living at The Bingham Apartments, and I can not say enough about how wonderful the management, maintenance team, and hosts are (specifically: Tina, John, Blair, LoriAnn, Alora, Brittany, Robert and Roy).
From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, valued and heard as a resident. The management staff does go above & beyond to ensure every resident feels comfortable and welcome. They are always friendly, professional, & quick to respond to any question or concern. They follow up within 24 hours to be sure all requests or concerns were appropriately handled. Without a doubt anyone living here can tell and attest they genuinely care about creating a positive community atmosphere and keeping everything running smoothly.
The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out as well — they are simply outstanding. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a smile. Whether it’s a quick repair or routine upkeep, they’re reliable and respectful of your space. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and do everything possible to keep the property in top shape.
What really stands out about The Bingham is the overall hospitality. The hosts are warm and attentive, making everyone feel like part of a close-knit community. They put real effort into making residents feel comfortable and appreciated, often organizing the best way to receive packages, always greeting you with kindness and empathy. It’s rare to find such genuine, hands-on hospitality in an apartment complex, and it makes all the difference here.
The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character, but what truly makes The Bingham shine is the people who run it. It’s more than just a place to live — it’s a place where you feel supported, respected, and TRULY at HOME. I CAN NOT imagine a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend The Bingham Apartments to anyone looking for quality, quiet, and affordable living with an exceptional team behind it. “The people here were very nice and helpful, they took me a day before my appt time but I also delivered hazmat so that plays a role in the unloading process. It took about 10 minutes for me to get someone to come out but today is Sunday so I had to wait a little but nonetheless, I was able to get unloaded and on my way to my next load.”

“Arrived here late at night. They do have overnight parking for trucks, but it’s located near Warehouse #1, across the street. You can also park near Warehouse #2 if your engine is off — plenty of space and no one bothered me.
They officially start working at 4:15 AM. I began calling around 4:30 using the phone number posted on the sign, but no one answered. At 5:00 AM I walked to the office/receiving area — doors were closed, no one inside. After some effort and with help from a forklift driver, I finally got someone to open the door. I handed in my paperwork and was given a dock right away.
You have to drive the truck inside the building to the dock. Space inside is very tight, especially for sleeper trucks. I was lucky to be the only truck there. Be very careful — narrow entrance, narrow exit, and tight maneuvering.
Unloading took about an hour and a half. Overall, not terrible. If you arrive late in the evening, you can stay overnight and unload early in the morning.”
“In 2022 I bought a 2017 suburban with 100,000 miles. After making 2 payments I drove it to Florida. On the way back we stopped in virginia for the night. The next morning we found the transmission was inoperable. We had to be towed back to cleveland. Once home we purchased a jasper transmission. We own an auto repair facility so we could install it ourselves. Fast forward. In 2024 with now having 111,000 miles we drove it to south carolina. We left there on christmas day. Upon starting the car it was apparent that the engine had developed a severe mechanical miss. Having no options we chose to drive the 700 miles back to cleveland on 7 cylinders. We knew the motor could not be salvaged and we're going to replace it with a jasper motor. I now have a 2017 suburban with a new jasper motor and transmission and the car performs beautifully! I highly recommend jasper products!”
“Decent shipper. Sometimes will take you in few hours before appt, sometimes right at appt time. A bit tight for trucks, but not horrible. Also rules wise, could be a bit slimmer. Overall good experience though”
“This business is not open to the public they only serve auto stores or they mail out parts check out their website for more information I have no opinion only that they have been around over 5 years in the same location update to my review I did not repeat did not have a bad experience only to let the public know this is a warehouse that supplies your auto parts stores and I encourage the public to check out your website to the location of stores your company supplies and other auto parts stores that your company supplies.”
“Great check in experience even though you have to call in. They are friendly. No parking there, but I see bobtails park at giant eagle gas station at highland rd and route 8. Not sure if overnight parking is allowed there, you will have to ask. But there is a rest area on I 271 south”

“I work at a garage, and someone from this location called me to let me know tires I ordered for a customer had been discontinued. He helped me find the appropriate equivalent, and even though they weren't normally available in the system, scheduled a fairly quick delivery for me. Then... the delivery showed up about 12hrs later rather than 3 days later as expected! Superb service!”
“This is a very friendly and helpful company that provides great service that compliments their product line. Both products have greatly helped the overall health of my home. My allergies have been greatly reduce since owning both products. I recommend these products to anyone that may have any breathing problems or just want to live in a healthier environment. Lastly, anytime I've had any questions, they have always been able to help me out. Great company overall that i would recommend to anyone!!”
“I either got lucky or this place is different. Reefer community knows how bad dc’s are. I was delay at the shipper and showed up here 1:45 minutes late. Just 15 minutes before closing and everyone was good to me no questions asked. I got a door within first 10 minutes unloading started 20 minutes, I have the lamper fee and went about my day. They do have a staging area not sure if that can be used as overnight parking but I highly doubt. Because this place is busy and they always need space. Please don’t damb your trash,piss or anything that can make this amazing people hate us. Stay safe y’all. Best wishes.”
