Best Western Park Hotel offers a clean and friendly atmosphere with convenient access to Gothenburg's attractions and transportation options. Guests appreciate the great location, allowing easy walkability to nearby shops and activities. The hotel features a restaurant and bar that serve outstanding food and drinks, though some rooms may require updates and renovations. While the hotel boasts a historical charm with high ceilings, some common areas show signs of age. Customer service experiences vary, but the overall safety and cleanliness of the hotel are commended. Parking can be tight, especially for larger vehicles. Despite a few drawbacks, many look forward to returning for future vacations.
Great older building, but modern amenities. Beds are conformable and the place is quiet and secure. Breakfast is typical hotel ... not great, not bad. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again.
