Isles are too crowded, if a cart is in an isle you cant get past them.
Hats off to Dominic, a dynamic engaging employee!
I woukdnt call the selection "good" but prices were reasonable. There are not many good home electronics like stereo comoonents or speakers and I saw nothing for computers. Good amount of VHS, and DVDs.
THE MUSIC OVERHEAD IS TOO DARN LOUD and if thats Goodwill radio as it says about 3x an hour its creating Bad Will as I coukd see and hear otger customers saying the same in the store. You are not going to find many older folks enjoying loud obnoxious rap music when it comes on at 60dB.
I guess like at most goodwills all the choice merch is sold online and that miggt be good for the CEO clockinv in at over a $2,000,000 salary but I am local and dont appreciate all that.
Look out in that parking lot! Very congested so drive real slow and stop when required.
Quit asking to round up, do you round down on the tabs? Those nickles add up and most people feel embarrassed to say NO.

Came in to shop for an event, was told I could bring a dress back for store credit. The dress still had the stores tag on it.
The lady with blonde hair, was extremely rude! She gave us attitude and wasn't cooperative.
When she rang us out originally didn’t even tell us about getting a discount for that specific day and spent money on something I could never wear, due to having no fitting rooms!
She claims it was longer than “7” days within the purchase… I wasn't asking for money… just for store credit to a place, where everything is donated to begin with…
She was acting very unprofessional When her boss came forward, standing beside him and reiterating everything, he told us shaking her head.
I will definitely not be back to this store

the warren goodwill is always my last stop but im glad i went today!! i had a really pleasant experience with a worker, i think her name was lisa. she was very happy and patient showing me the behind the counter items. unfortunately all the "good" shirts that i found were $6-$10 as they are gouging certain items :( overall i spent $42 on 6 shirts and a cd. good quality though and a full store!!

Had a very bad experience at this Goodwill. The management staff is super unprofessional. Employee's see things that they like and purposely won't tag it. If you ask about the merchandise they'll tell you they have to put it in the back and re-tag it for the next day without giving you the option to buy it the next day, unless you catch it before it sells. They definitely discriminate and have bad business practices. Don't dare question their policies bc they are unable to explain without thinking you're being argumentative. Whole company needs to do an overhaul of management and Employee's shopping for merchandise and saving items they want for themselves by using the "no tag" policy to keep shoppers from what they want personally.Bad business practices and high prices for donated goods. They should be ashamed.

My 3 star review is not guaranteed. I have never been to this store yet, but hopefully management can answer my question. Why do small local goodwill stores post pictures of other MUCH BIGGER GOODWILLS? Disturbing part, they're under " posted by owner". Please , just stop. It's misleading. Clear pictures of your particular store, and each of its main departments would be VERY helpful/ honest.

This is a small Goodwill but it is jam packed with interesting, useful and unique items. It doesn't seem as obnoxiously overpriced as many Goodwills are today.

This goodwill had some great deals on canvas so I bought them all. Much cheaper than buying from the art supplies store. The employees were very friendly as well. I would go back.

Store is over priced now they’re up charging so many items. They wanted $40 for a small couch wallet that you can buy brand new for $50 from the actual coach store. So many other things that are over priced now insane.

Goodwill is a nice place to shop.I really like this Goodwill, they are very organized and it doesn't smell like the typical Goodwill. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful.Prices are great. And most the clothes are in excellent condition.I suggest you go when you have time to browse through the great selections. Here are a few of the amazing pieces that I have found at Goodwill.I really found a Louis Vuitton bag ?, so take your time.

Great place to buy home furnishings if on a budget, but they are SEVERELY understaffed. I had to leave an item behind because I just could not stand in line and wait another 10 minutes while one employee checked out a customer with a cart full of items. Hire more people and this wouldn't be an issue.

I had to go through 3 carts before finding one that wasn't broken in some way, from split wheels to missing straps for the baby seat. Selection was super limited. Found 2 pairs of pants but couldn't try them on because all the dressing rooms were closed. I left shortly thereafter.

All kinds of knick nacks you would find when someone cleans out a storage unit or a house or something similar. Very useful sometimes ? ?!
