“Stayed here one night. It is an old building with lots of character. While it could use some up dating, it was clean. I wish we knew we would have to climb steps with our luggage, we would have packed different. It was one of our many stops, so we had more luggage then normal for one night. We had trouble with a tv in the room. Front desk showed up quickly to resolve the issue. They took care of us and apologized for the inconvenience. I would stay again.”

“I hope they read these reviews. I wish I can say I've been to this location. But, I have been to the Niles location back in 1978-79. See I worked for them (I was 17). I loved it and the store was always clean and the products always fresh. So happy Bill is still in business and doing well. I'm in Florida now but if I'm ever in Ohio again, I need to stop at this new location and check in out! Oh, and Bill, I still have the scar from when I cut my index finger on the meat slicer! Lol!”
