When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. “Can’t complain, arrived 8:30am for 2pm appointment, hopping they can load my truck early but that didn’t happen! Least they didn’t send me back. They started about 2:30 and finished in about an hour. Most trucks was in and out just under 2 hours. Not bad for floor loads! They just follow their appointments time that’s it.Easy to get there and lot of room for backups and move around. Restroom available inside.”

You people are nothing but stem, no brain at all. This is the facility that packages get loading onto the trucks. Anything related to deliveries should go to the DSPs. The two major DSPs here are "Howlett" and "Porter Logistics". You people are reviewing the wrong place lmao. Go use FedEx or USPS and stop ordering from amazon if its such an issue. Howlette uses Blue Numbers on there van's while porter uses white numbers.”
“1st time picking up.I informed dispatch I was going to be late for my 11am appointment, I arrived at 12pm and out with paperwork at 1300. I had small load so hand loading didn't take long.Everyone was pleasant, I had no issues.Like anyone we all have our bad days and all people aren't pleasant 24/7.I do my best not to let someone else's mood get to me. AS I just stated we all have our bad days so today was not one of those!”
