So far the car has been great. It doesn’t look like it’s 2 years old. The car is in impeccable condition both cosmetically and mechanically. The customer service inside the building was great and I got to keep a keepsake Carvana token.

Edit 2: Carvana refunded me! And the new customer service lady was very nice and very professional. This is what I expected from Carvana and why I bought 2 cars from them.Edit: Carvana's license to sell cars has been suspended in several states due to failure to register titles, found out when I was filing a BBB complaint. I will be writing to the Ohio Attorney General as well.Original:This is my second car with Carvana and my partner has also bought a car with them. Never again. Carvana failed to do the e check required by the state of Ohio to register the car they sold me.First, on Mar. 18th 2024 they sent me a text stating my registration was completed and I will receive my license plates in the mail in the next few days. Then, today Mar. 21 I received an unsigned, hastily typed note along with their title to the car stating they had failed to do the e check before selling me the car so they couldn't get it registered. The poorly written, unsigned, and somewhat crumpled piece of cheap printer paper they had the AUDACITY to send me, stated I needed to "self register" (because of their failure).On Mar. 21 2024 at 12 noon I used my lunch break to call these... people... to see if I needed to do the e check, if there was a problem with the car they didn't tell me about that prevented the e check, if they would be following Ohio's lemon laws if I couldn't get the e check, and if they would be refunding my registration fee. The customer service operator had absolutely no answers but emphatically stated I needed to "manage my expectations" which was absolutely infuriating, considering literally EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP DOES REGISTRATION STANDARD. Carvana has done this for 2 other cars! Absolutely assinign customer service and a lazy registration department.The pathetic note Carvana sent me was dated "Mar. 8th." Did Carvana call me on March 8th and ask me to get an e check done so they could complete the registration? No. Did Carvana let me know on March 8th, with a phone call that I would need to "self register" so I would have plenty of time to get time off of work to get the registration done before temp tags expired? Again, NO.Instead they waited until 1 WEEK before my temp tags expired and sent me the absolute epitome of laziness and incompetence. During the busiest time of year for BMV and for me personally, Carvana failed to do what even the cheapest fly-by-night car dealership is able to accomplish with ease.And to put the cherry on top, to my dismay, the customer service rep called me back at 8:30pm at night to tell me they wouldn't even refund my $32 registration fee. With great relish she said "I just want you to get a realistic picture: YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR YOUR TIME OR ANY FEES." Even though the goofy note they sent me clearly states on the bottom to submit any receipts of fees I incurred. The lady had the chutzpah to tell me that my registration fee would be sent directly to my loan service after their quarterly audit, stating very slowly as if I was the one who didn't do my job, "you will not be getting that money." Which was really weird considering it was going towards my car note, so I am eventually, going to get that money (supposedly; clearly they are not competent enough to do even the most basic paperwork so I will be surprised if I ever see it.)I had friends warn me about Carvana, including one who is an insurance exec. but I thought I knew better. I will never buy from Carvana again and you shouldn't either.

So I got a car 2day 3-1-2024 from Carvana and I will say it was so easy and simple! It's better then sitting in a car dealership for 4hrs!!! Carvana is my go to and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They delivered my car on time with no problem at all. It was so easy and I loved everything about it!!! Thank you Carvana you freaking rock!!????

Absolutely recommend! It was such an easy and smooth experience and took less than an hour to drop off my car. They didn’t give me any trouble and we just vacuumed ourselves and quickly rinsed the car, didn’t even take through a real car wash. Strongly recommend Carvana and will be using in the future!

I had my car delivered Thursday the next day. Every light came on on the dashboard and it started driving weird so I had to order the exact same car and I’m as I’m waiting for the trade-in to come and they deliver my new vehicle. I went to start the vehicle and it won’t even start and it’s blocking all the other vehicles in my driveway for us to even go to work. I’ve had this car for a couple days. It doesn’t matter about a warranty or, seven day moneyback or whatever it’s not the point the point is people have careers and jobs and this is such an inconvenience. If you guys have auto body shops I don’t see how hard it is to realize you need a tuneup for a vehicle stop clearing out the dashboard lights and then when we get the vehicle, they light up that is so rude so disrespectful and it’s not good business .

I’m having a terrible experience with this company! I scheduled to receive my car 2/25. The morning of the delivery I received a text message from the delivery driver stating that my car was in great condition and it could possibly be delivered to me earlier than the original delivery time which was 2pm-5pm. 3pm came and I heard nothing back from the driver so I called Carvana and they told me my car was on track for the original delivery time and it would not be any further delays. Literally 10 minutes later I received an email stating my car delivery got pushed back to 3/04. They have terrible communication, a very unorganized system, and even though I was 100 percent inconvenienced they absolutely DO NOT try to accommodate you or even care about their customers or how their careless system affects their customers. This company has ALOT of inconsistencies and their advertising for next day delivery/ pickup is very misleading so be careful when making a purchase with this company!

super fast and friendly service I arrived a little earlier then my appointment time and was in and out in less the 20 mins my only con to this experience with Caravan was that this location was the closest to me for pickup but it was over 200 Miles to drive to. But overall was a good first experience with buying and trading a car with them.

I absolutely love Carvana! I was so impressed with the process and the competency of the Carvana staff which made my experience very positive and simple. The comparison of what I sold my car at Carvana vs offers at 2 Ford Dealerships and Car Max was approximately a $2800 difference. I am very appreciative of the initiation, processing, and the closing of this deal all via online transactions. I strongly suggest those who are looking to sell their vehicle to at least get a quote from Carvana before you try other places. When I got ready to drop off the vehicle, it literally took about 20 mins or less to complete the process. Overall completely satisfied with Carvana.

Was told I made 12k less a year then what my pay stubs say. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there is no reason to they have the same information. Two things that make no sense what so ever.
