βSuch a great equestrian shop. This store is where I get almost all of my products and essentials for my horses . The employees are so nice and what they sell is amazing quality .β

I am looking for higher quality sustainable fashion and Ladder is always exploring new brands.The team is always so patient and willing to get on FaceTime so I can see the clothing more βin person.β And they know me so well now the pieces suggested are always perfect. Shoutout to Lori for always giving me the honest opinions.β
βI went with some family members as westerns looking for traditional clothing for a wedding we are attending. The owner was lovely and so helpful in showing us what outfits would be perfect for the event. Absolutely wonderful experience!β
βI love this this small shop! They always have a fun selection of clothes including bell bottoms and overalls and other small trinkets and accessories. But the best part of all is their Birkenstock selection. If you are looking to buy unique Birkenstocks, they have basically every style and every color imaginable!β

βThere are truly no words to accurately describe this boutique or the owner. The clothing is second to NONE and so is the OWNER! She keeps you looking AMAZING! She helps put your look together. Anything you need you can get at Dresscode! The space is beautiful. Her other customers quickly become your friends while shopping. There is peace in the building, so much so customers stay longer than just to buy her amazing pieces they start helping you shop, you just start conversations. I have never before felt that kind of amazing energy while shopping. Now that I have, she will forever be my first stop when I have any event, whether it be date night, concert, church whatever. She will be last stop too because I have NEVER had to search for another look somewhere else once going to Dresscode. If you havenβt been, do yourself a favor and go! You wonβt be disappointed. βExceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.β

βMy favorite shop in the Cleveland area. Cool local shirts and other items to rep Cleveland and its various neighborhoods. Love that it carries Shaker and Cleveland Heights options as well. Staff is great and super helpful.β

Iβve gotten both a dress and a sweater from here and both are holding up so well. The stock rotates often so there is always something new to try on! βThis is the absolute best place to buy high quality ski and snowboard gear. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you are in the right equipment. Their clothing selection is also excellent and they only carry the best quality. They stand behind every product they sell and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is something you will never find at a chain or big box store. Geigers is the only place we purchase our ski and snowboard gear from, from base layers to equipment!β
βI had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.β
βI visited the Marketplace Rd location off of Aurora Rd. this evening and as ALWAYS had an INCREDIBLE experience! This is MY FAVORITE Old Navy! The store is ALWAYS IMMACULATE! The entire staff ROCKS! They greet you when you come in with beautiful smiles. The warm, friendly, and willingness to help is outstanding. All of the ladies are priceless gems and display amazing teamwork - I only shop at this location. To all of the ladies JASMA - COLLEEN - EMILY - RILEY - ANNA - NATASHA - ANNIE - AYVA - KELSIE - AND LASY BUT NOT LEAST KENZIE - you all are INCREDIBLE! Took my son there in May looking for a prom suit.
Dennis put the best outfit (suit/shirt/tie/socks/shoes/belt) together for us. My son looked fantastic on prom day/night.
Yesterday, my husband needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, so we headed to K&G again.
Dennis greeted us once again and helped us tremendously with my husband suit.

βMade a trip to Brigade today (Sept 3rd 2023) and everytime I make a trip up to the Beachwood Mall. I make a special trip every few months from the Pittsburgh area.The guys who work at Brigade are always really helpful and give top notch customer service as well.The selection of clothes are always super fresh and cutting edge, and are priced nice.I've shopped here the past few years and will continue to come back.5 stars all day long!β
