“It's a sad reality that in this day and age we celebrate a store for doing exactly what they all did 30 to 50 years ago. Customer service was the utmost importance, followed closely by experience and of course the expertise of the proprietor and employees. We all remember the hardware stores before Home Depot, filled with knowledgeable employees who can help you with almost anything you were looking to do. Peter's store for men in downtown chagrin Falls has been the only place for the last 20 years that I've purchased a suit from. If you're looking for a truly custom feel without the $3000-$5000 price tag, you have to come in and visit this store. They only sell fine clothing so everything you purchase from there near custom shirts to of course their suits will be among the best you own. If you are looking for fitted or custom-made shirts and suits this is one of the last stores that can actually accommodate that. Sure there are mall stores that claim similar quality for less, but it's not true, they sell a lesser quality material to make up the difference. Peter has been a hallmark of Chagrin Falls for decades, if you haven't been there stop in and trying to suit. You'll be glad you did.”

“I love my Tom James suits, shirts, and sport coats! Not only do I get a LOT of compliments, but the fit is fantastic. Many off the rack suit companies sell fine clothing, but to have them look right they need to be tailored. That’s not an issue with Tom James! They come to you, measure to your fit and preference, and then bring your clothes to you!The pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality and service. Plus, there are various price ranges for different needs. And the variety of fabric choice is beyond compare.The TJ rep who comes to see me, Grace P., knows my taste and helps me pick what’s right for me. I’ve shopped lots of places and love a good suit. “My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! He chose a hat he loves, I love it too, and love to see him in it! When we are back in our home town, we will be sure to visit them again and get hubby right!! Thanks Maelynn and team!!”

“Ross stores are infrequent in the northeast ohio area; from the North Akron area, it is a minimum 30-minute drive to either of the next two closest stores. That being said, Ross is worth checking out, and this one in Beachwood is worth setting aside the time to explore. I don't always find stuff that I personally want to own, but I consistently see Pretty Good to Excellent discounts on things you just don't see everywhere, and certainly not as inexpensive. I like this particular store because it's 99% organized, clean, and has a good ever-changing variety of things from well-established brands. The one closest to me does as well, but much less frequently has anything in my size or style. Also, Ross in general features in my life as a place you can get great deals, sometimes more often, on certain things but not others, in the vein of TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Burlington. However, this particular store tends to lag on attentive customer service, except in the checkout line, which to my experience has never ever been long, regardless of the size of the line. Overall, well worth the trip, and I have never found any reason to make a return or complain.”

They make decent prices that you can afford not to expensive and not to cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends but mostly to anyone that loves to find sales and deals for the low prices. In the summer time it gets too hot in there.... They need to put a air conditioner in there so the customers can feel the cool air. There's no air circulation that's why it's gets very hot in there. Smh! The only thing that they need to do is setup an online store to shop besides going into the store location.”

I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”
“Stopped in here on Christmas Eve to buy a last minute gift for my wife. It was like stepping into a western wonderland. This place is great! From the outside it looks kinda small, but once you get inside they just seem to have everything. And the couple that were running the place were extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention the prices here are some of the best I've seen for western wear. I highly recommend stopping in.”
