“This is the drop-off depot and business office for Thriftique (not the showroom). I highly recommend donating your clothing and home goods here. They have extensive donation hours and it's very easy to do. Drive up to the east (right) side of the building at the "drop off" sign and hand your bags to the friendly staff. They can provide you with a receipt for your donation. Be sure to check out their cool ticket collection! You can see a tidy display of game-day stubs from Cleveland sporting events going back 25 years. People forget them in their pockets and know you know where they wind up.”

“Incredible staff. So, I know virtually nothing about computers. I'm in my early 20's and have never been a gamer (but have always wanted to be). I also got a new job in which 3/4 of my work is from home. I decided one day that I was going to get a PC because my laptop on the dining room table wasn't cutting it anymore.... I also really wanted to play games. After talking to friends, they reccomended I go here. My partner and I ventured in one afternoon wiithout high expectations. I originally wanted to build a PC but my price range made that difficult so the guy in the back picked out parts that would make my PC do what I needed, printed the list out and had me visit the prebuilt section with the list of parts. We walked over there and this is when we met Gavon. He was awesome! Super knowledgeable, didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing PC's and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He was super personable as well. It was like catching up with a friend. I felt super at ease and like the staff at Microcenter really wanted me to have to best PC experience. With all that being said, I LOVE my PC. I sit down to do some work or game and I get so happy looking at my setup. It was a great experience, everyone was super kind and helpful. I highly reccomend!!!”

“I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”
“5 star excellent experience with PC Parts Unlimited. Here’s my story: I had to find a power supply and power chord for an HP computer since we lost it during the hurricane in Southwest Florida and I needed access to my HP computer. Called the HP store and they no longer carried it, but they gave me the name of some resell companies that should carry the power supply. Called those companies and they were stumped. However, one lady stated I should contact PC PartsUnlimited and ask to speak with Rob Rodick. She said if anyone would have it PC Parts unlimited in Ohio would and Rob would locate it. Called PC Parts Unlimited and spoke with Rob, he was able to locate the part efficiently and had it to me in a flash. So very thankful he found it. He followed up with me through e-mails and phone calls as well. Great company, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to Rob and his great staff at PC Parts Unlimited.”

“Per the recommendation of a friend, I called Chad to run my case by him and see if it would be advantageous to hire him. He allowed me to share the highlights of my story, and then he hit me with 3 or 4 solid pieces of advice in how to handle the collection agency with whom I was having the unpleasant experience of working with! Chad was honest and said due to the somewhat low amount of the dispute, it wouldn't be right of him to take this case and cost me more. Instead, he assured me I could easily handle it on my own after we were done talking it through and answering my questions. He was right and his advice was spot on. “Great place to do business with! I absolutely love the customer service. I ordered a build without a power supply, and when I got it I could not get it to turn on. So I sent it back to them and they even paid for the shipping. When I got it back everything looked the same, so I didn't think that it was going to work. Well, it didn't. BUT, after double checking my modular power supply I found out that there are 2 plugs on it used to connect the 24 pin motherboard connector to. I plugged that in and she fired right up!! My mistake totally! Great company with good prices and great service. Darn that modular PS! lol”
