“Just had a great customer service experience at this store. Rob, the manager, helped us with a deck stain order that I ordered incorrectly online. He got us the product we wanted at no additional cost and he was friendly and efficient. We’ll be shopping his store from now on.”

“I've gone to Dunn hardware for virtually all my paint, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous hardware needs for over 40 years. Despite several different owners over the years, they have consistently maintained great customer service, a clean and orderly store, great product selection, and fair prices. I would highly recommend Dunn Hardware to anyone needing hardware supplies.”

“This is a classic paint store with knowledgeable employees. I don't know why anyone would go to Home Depot, where their best paint is average at best and the staff knows nothing about paint. It's also locally owned, not a corporate store like Sherwin-Williams.”

“I meant to post this a few months ago, Brandon helped me figure out the best stain for matching existing paneling boards. He used my panel board sample to get the stain very close. I just applied it and it looks fantastic. Honestly, he was great and my basement room looks terrific. Thanks again!!”

“I like this location. The parking isn't the greatest, but they reserve two spots for Sherwin Williams customers. Always clean and organized. The gentleman was helpful and quick to fill my order of 12 gallons and carried the heavy ones to my car.”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Sherwin Williams, and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to their store manager, Tristan. From the moment I walked in, Tristan greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of products and color options was impressive, and he was more than willing to offer personalized recommendations based on my project needs. Tristan went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I left with confidence in my purchase and will definitely return to this location for all my future painting needs. Thank you, Tristan, for making my experience outstanding!”

“Charlie and the team were absolutely amazing at helping us resolve a quality issue. We had a quality issue with a product we bought previously. The team listened to our concerns, asked great diagnostic questions, and tested the paint we bought back in.Their expertise was able to figure out what went wrong. And replaced with new paint. They tested the new paint for us to ensure we were receiving the best quality product. While experiencing a quality issue with the Sherwin Williams paint is not ideal. The upheld guarantees and customer service in helping resolve the issue will keep us coming back again and again. The replacement paint was perfect, and exactly what we have come to expect when using Sherwin Williams paint.”

“Jon at the Brecksville store was very helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciate his professionalism, including verifying with my boss that I had permission to use the account. I was impressed that since they didn't have the base of the product I requested, he gave me a superior product for the same price. That plus top quality products make the job much easier!”
