I bought a 2024 Trax from Tim Lally Chevrolet, which was my first sales experience, and it was great! My sales associate, Brenda M, helped me find the right car with the options and price I was looking for. I've always had good service experiences from Tim Lally but never considered purchasing until now. Wish I would have done it sooner. Thanks again Brenda, look forward to doing business with you in the future!!!

The last time i was here was 2016 but my brother checked out a 2016 Chevy Spark we test drove it it was great and it was at the 2016 Cleveland Auto Show which i go there every year they gave me a shirt and because i love Chevys and GM Products i would go here because i lived in Warrensville Heights for about 10 years 2010-2018 and the reason why i love this dealership is because of Joey Hurtuk he is awesome i like him not to mention i am a Corvette enthusiast as well i talked to him on Instagram once and he said when will i be down here and it will be someday but only my brother can bring me down there the dealership looks awesome but the aging and closed Bedford Automile location looked better in my opinion and Mike Lally is awesome too, Now i didn't meet him but i told Joey about him but i need to get my but down to Tim Lally and see them and I am a Chevy enthusiast like i said. The models i like is the Malibu, Cruze, Traverse, Camaro, Corvette, Tahoe, Impala, Cobalt, Silverado, Equinox, Volt, Bolt EV, Sonic, HHR, SSR, Colorado, Captiva Sport and SS and some of those cars i mention they are discontinued. So Therefore if you're in Cleveland and you have your eye on a Chevy look no further and stop over at Tim Lally Chevy also i've never been to Spitzer Chevy in Northfield i have been dying to go there because the lot and showroom is cool but Chevrolet and GM products are the best I like Subaru as well but this is Tim Lally not Ken Ganley but go see Joey Hurtuk at Tim Lally Chevrolet he is very awesome!

I dropped my car off the night before my 7:30 am appt. I called at noon because I hadn't heard from them guess what they hadn't even checked on my car so if i would've came at 7:30 I would've just been sitting there RIGHT? so then he goes on to lie and say they had check it he will call me back in about 30 min.. i say so have you checked it out if not don't touch my car he puts me on hold and said no we haven't so you just lied RIGHT? This is why ya'll have 2.5 start rating....

Everything with cars will be expensive. Some lights came on in my newish car and Firestone wouldn't touch it. The dealership here charges $230 for diagnostics alone so know that is what you'll pay minimum to walk in the door. I have no idea if what I paid was fair because I'm clueless as to what a wheel hub sensor replacement ($1300ish) and alignment ($125ish) should cost. But I'm not here to review based on fair prices because again I have no idea- it's all highway robbery to me. The reason I'm rating Tim Lally Chevy highly is because the person I dealt with- Mr. Nagy maybe? with brown hair and a friendly smile- was incredibly kind and professional for the entire 4.5 hours I waited to get the diagnosis and work done. At one point in between my free cups of coffee, I asked him at the request of my warranty servicer to call the warranty servicer to explain the job and get paid directly. He did so no questions asked and this lobbed about a thousand bucks off my bill! I'm glad I could trust him to do that in a timely manner or risk not being reimbursed until much later and with a lot of hassle by the warranty company later on. This place also has a nail salon and a movie theater to use while you wait!

I brought my car to Tim Lally Chevorlet on March 28-2023. I have Endurance Vehicle warranty. Befor they could repair my car it had to be approved by the warranty co. They were out there that Monday which was the 3rd of April. It is now the 14th they have yet to start on my car. When spoke with the manager Jame or Jim he was quite indignant with me stating quote I can't stop working on someone else car and start working on your. By that time I got angry said ok. And hung up. Also after that, want to charge me a extra 444.00 saying it for extra labor. Told me the company only allowed 1.5hr when actually 2.5 hrs is approved. And all repairs are covered. This manager is very rude and unprofessional. Next week it will be one month he's had my car. I'm ambulatory my husband is disabled we have missed appointment because we need our car because my ramp is on it, also my insurance only covers 5 days rental and Wed. It will be one month he has my car I will never come here again for nothing my experience here has been a bad one. I had just had an ins job also kept my car .a month but, said they were waiting on the part kept it pass rental deadline But that tech was very kind and kept me informed but, that was collision But I will not deal with them again

1) They had my car for almost four weeks after telling me it would take less than a week. 2) Then they told me one of the parts they needed to fix it was on back order. 3) So I picked up my car, paid for the work that had been done and the new part. 4) Then I picked up my son from school and put him in his car seat. 5) We were on our second stop before I realized that the mechanics at Tim Lally had unhooked the latch that secures the car seat to the back of the seat and unbuckled the seatbelt that holds it in place, but been unable to remove the car seat entirely. Instead of a) telling me they'd done that, b) leaving the car seat tipped on its side so I would immediately know that something was wrong and not buckle my kid into an unsecured car seat and then drive ten miles, or (God forbid) c) calling me and asking how to remove the seat or actually looking at the instruction manual (readily available online, thank you very much), they inexplicably took option d), and replaced the car seat in the exact right position with the seatbelt still apparently threaded through it, so that no one glancing casually from the outside would know that the car seat had been entirely disconnected from everything that actually makes it safe. Luckily for everyone, our drive was entirely uneventful. Even a minor fender bender would have caused major damage, as my son could have been thrown forward and sideways with his momentum PLUS the momentum of the heavier-than-rocks car seat and seriously hurt. (BONUS: when I dropped the car off, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if they wanted me to remove the car seat because it's a small car stuff is sometimes located in weird places and I've had to go back and take the car seat out at other, better dealers. They told me no.) 6) A few months went by, and my car broke again, same problem as before. 7) I called Tim Lally. I already knew I wasn't taking the car back there (see point 5, above, for how they had endangered by son't life through a combination of laziness and .... well, laziness). I called to see when they were going to get the part I had paid for six months ago. Guess what? No, seriously, guess. The part was ..... sitting in the parts department. Had been for a while, apparently, but they hadn't bothered to call me. 8) I forgot to put this one in the list in chronological order and it's not worth going back and renumbering everything, but I forgot to mention that they ABSOLUTELY SUCK AT CUSTOMER CONTACT. When they had my car for almost a month instead of less then a week, the only way I ever found out what was going on was when I called and then called back and then called back to talk to my assigned customer service rep. He never returned calls, no one else called me, and obviously the parts department doesn't communicate with the customer service department (or anyone else). Moral of the story?????? DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NEVER LOOK BACK.

Took my truck in for a routine oil change with nothing going on before I got there left there with my truck smoking and dinging and a broken coolant compartment. I called no apologies no nothing I usually go to Chevrolet on Brookpark should have just kept going over there I'm very upset I will never go there ever again ever. Then had the nerve to tell me how how many miles are on my truck..... everyone at my job was disappointed as well in the customer service and how they treated me. I can't even give them any stars

I made an appointment about a week in advance for a Thursday afternoon to have the AC in my car looked at. Took the day off to be able to drop it off and even paid for an uber to get back home while it was looked at. Around 5 pm I had not heard anything yet so I called to check the status of my car, maybe they got busy and fell behind. I called and expressed that even if they did not have time to finish my vehicle that I would just come pick it up and reschedule for another day as I needed my car for work the following day. I was told the mechanic was in the back and that they would pass the message along and call me back, Ok sounds good I thought. Call back around 6:45 pm still no word, and now was told the service department was closed and there was no way for me to get my car as it was in the back locked up. So I uber'd back there first thing in the morning to pick my car up which had not even been looked at and fortunately only managed to be late to work by about 5 minutes. All could have been avoided if someone in service could have called me back like I asked and let me reschedule for another day. Basically was a huge waste of time. Will NOT be returning here ever again.

Do not recommend Not trustworthy I got a routine oil change that came with a tire rotation and inspection. Inspection showed wanted $1200 for brakes and rotors and $175 for trans flush and fill . I went to my local NTB 2 weeks later to price brakes and rotors $500 out the door tech came back walked me to the back prior to work and said you have a broken lug we need to replace before we can move forward. $150 for the broken lug I let them, while I'm lobby call Tim lally about it. They said they would call back never did so I did a week later still no answer still waiting on a call back this is week 2 whew that meeting was long. I should have know not to let them work on my car when they have a old used Cadillac on the show floor

Recently moved to Ohio and saw good ratings for the service department at Tim Lally. Took my Tahoe in for a transmission failure (have extended service contact) and they have had my vehicle for 5 weeks. After numerous calls to try and get ahold of the service advisor and after getting Chevrolet Corp Customer Service involved finally got ahold of service advisor. No apologies no nothing just explained was swamped with work and that a tech had to be dedicated to one day of working on vehicle and he didn't know when that would be. This was two weeks ago. Had Chevy Corp Customer Service follow up (today 7/5/2022) and they were told that my warranty company is requesting the transmission be broken down. Called my extended service contact company today as well to see what they are actually requesting and they stated they have no claim or call in as of yet (7/5/2022) from the dealership. The only good thing about Tim Lally is the service dept receptionist who is responsive and shows empathy and apologies for the service advisor. I requested a phone call from the Service Department Manager today(7/5/2022). Will follow up and report if they even bother to call me. I am now trying to pick up/ tow my vehicle to another Chevy dealership. Avoid Tim Lally Service Department at all cost if you value your sanity.

We had our 2019 Silverado towed to this dealership due to a manufacturer defect. They told me they would reimburse me for the $150 tow and have not seen it 3 months later. Initially the response was great but slowly got worse and worse. It would have been nice to have one point of contact. They needed to replace our whole engine due to this manufacture issue. We went almost 2 weeks with out a vehicle only to get a substantially lower level of a vehicle. They told us it would be over a month for our repair. Magically our truck was ready with in 3 weeks as soon as the rental they loaned us was sold. They had no problem calling repeatedly to get the sold rental back. Overall the staff was friendly but I do not feel like they were honest and genuine in the least. I will continue to follow up for the reimbursement.

First I have to say, Bruce and Brenda great trying to help me, this experience with the dealership went from great to bad. I went in to see Brenda about buying a car, I was upfront and honest about my credit situation and she sat me down with Bruce, he was great, very thorough, we test drove a car, we got an approval, I left the deposit for the car, we took picture with the sold sign, I went and put the sold sign in the window, I said I be back Thursday with rest of down payment and everything was great.. I called Bruce Wednesday and ask was everything still good for Thursday, he said yes he was gassing up and having car cleaned and we're good. I called got insurance on vehicle and went to dealership. I get there and Bruce says we have a problem. They said the vehicle I was approved for and test drove was the wrong vehicle. Then I tried to have my wife co sign.. after being there over 3 hours they came back with a approval for almost double the note of the approval I got last week, the Note went from around $320 to $577, I was disappointed, man we did all the leg work last week and to come in ready to go is really deflating. Now my credit situation is not their fault at all, not saying that at all, I'm just upset that everything was good til I got there. The entire time Bruce and Brenda tried everything they could, they kept me in the loop and I appreciate that, but I don't know where the mis information came from, I test drove the car, Bruce took pics of vin and keys and mileage and now a week later they are saying it's not the right car. Why didn't someone tell Bruce that when I was there the first time. I put deposit and no one said it was wrong. Then when I arrive it's a big mixup. That's bad business. But I appreciate all that Brenda and Bruce did. This was out of theirs hands.

I've never wrote a bad review in my life but I feel this needs to be addressed. I called about a vehicle and set up an appointment to come see it over a week in advance. I informed them that I would be driving an hour and a half to look at the SUV. When I arrived the vehicle wasn't there. They told me it was having a recall fixed somewhere else. I was very upset as we had drove 1.5 hours as to why no one bothered to call and let me know. Jeff told me that someone had sent me a message to let me know. After leaving I found out that Danielle had emailed me 1.5 hours before the appointment when I was already driving and even though she had my number, never bothered to call. Jeff and Danielle told me as soon as the car came in they would notify me and even bring it down to me. I emailed Danielle days later to check on the vehicle and she told me she would let me know when it came back. Now the vehicle is not even on their website, so I'm assuming they sold it. All of this and we never even got an apology for wasting our entire day and driving a 3 hour trip. Absolute worst experience with a dealership I've ever had.
