“I recently had a small repair that needed done on my Dodge Charger. As usual the insurance company wanted to do it as cheap and not to a good standard as it should have been “Geico”. But Dave made sure everything was done right and back to like it was before the accident. The amount of professional and care he and his team put into their work is impressive. “My daughter hit a deer near Coshocton, which is far from home. Our car was towed to Brillhart’s. The insurance company decided it was totaled, but Brillhart’s (Tom) was incredibly helpful through the process of getting an estimate and communicating often about lots of details. He called me back on a Sunday (they are closed then) shortly after I left an initial voicemail and we talked for a while about the process. He and Jessica were also very helpful in arranging for me to get access to my car after they had closed for the day. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service, especially since I’m not in their area and wasn’t paying them anything directly (I think my insurance did though).”
“Specialty Jeeps completed a ground up restoration on my 1941 Willys MB. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. They provided a list of all parts used, what services were performed, did a thorough walk through on the day I picked the Jeep up on all the work they did, as well as recommendations for maintenance and care. The job did take a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait as the end product was stellar. All work and parts were offered at competitive prices and I am looking forward to future business.”
“Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can. “They went above and beyond to help us out when my friend's motorcycle blew out a tire. They stayed late and trailered his bike to the Harley dealer in Dover. I think the driver got back home about 2 hours late. I can't say enough good things about these people (but I hope I never have to call them again)”
