Car wash wouldn't work after they took my money I called twice sitting in the car wash line and both times rude rude hung up on me twice said Mon when the manager is there

We have an annual car wash pass and the wash is closed as much as it is open. Has been closed for days during the whole road salt season when it is needed most. We will NOT be renewing this membership!
