“For a service station, this one is always clean and the attendants are always friendly. I do wish Kroger could streamline the amount of prompts one has to go through to get the pump started though. You'll freeze in the winter time before you get the gas started. LOL”

“I always make it a point to stop at Pilot Travel Center when I’m on the road. The showers are consistently clean, well-maintained, and a great place to refresh after a long day of driving. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you need. The food is fresh, with plenty of options whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or a full meal. The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, making every stop convenient and enjoyable. As a professional driver, I appreciate finding a place that takes pride in customer service and cleanliness. Pilot Travel Center is one of my favorite places to stop for fuel, food, showers, and a well-deserved break. Highly recommended to truck drivers and travelers alike! 🚛👍”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
