“My husband had a pair of dress shoes that he'd held onto for years, hoping to get them resoled one day. There were no cobblers in the last 2 towns we lived in, but once we moved here, he got around to searching for a cobbler. We found Cobbler John's, and he took in his shoes as soon as we did. For around $70, he got fantastic new Vibram soles on shoes which, new, cost about twice that. Very pleased with the service we received and will be back with more shoes and bags that need repairs.”
“Wonderful first experience! Ian was extremely helpful in helping me find the right boot with the best fit. Super thoughtful process. I'll definitely be purchasing from their store again!”

“We received immediate attention and were provided with products that were compatible with our budget. We found everything we were looking for. It was a very pleasant experience.”
“Always clean, staff is always welcoming and friendly, and they are always willing to help. They were also able to look up a shoe I was looking for in another store to see if they had my size. 10/10 would recommend!”
“I needed new workout shoes, because the ones I was wearing were five years old. So I went to Up and Running in Troy OH. Amie was fantastic!! She must have brought out 12 to 15 pairs of shoes for me to try on, looking for the one pair that fit just right. They even had a treadmill in the store so that I could see how they would feel walking on it. I finally settled on a pair, paid for them, and wore them home. Again, Amie was wonderful!! But I'm afraid I will have to return them, because they hurt my feet when I wore them to the gym. I will try wearing them one more day before I return them. All in all, though, Up and Running is an awesome place to look for good, supportive shoes, and I entusiastically recommend them and Amie!!”
