“My car was beautifully fixed, people were so nice and informative, and they washed my car on the outside AND omg cleaned the inside and let me tell you it was embarrassingly filthy. “We had to have a door replaced due to a collision. Gerber did a GREAT job with it, we couldn't believe it when we saw the new door. You can't even tell anything happened! Fantastic work. My only complaint is how long the repairs took to be completed (twice as long as originally expected), but I'm given to understand the delay was caused by a parts issue. Being in automotive manufacturing, I 100% understand parts shortages etc! A good reminder in the current climate that there may be delays in any kind of repair that are no one's fault.”
