“Great experience! Went to multiple body shops for quotes on my 2020 GMC Sierra that suffered from a fender bender and Ideal was the only body shop to perform a quality inspection. They found multiple panels/fairings that needed replacement/work that other body shops just looked right over. Paint matched perfectly (Pacific Blue color, not a common color). They cleaned my truck after (Inside & Out). I did find one plastic piece slightly bent after they were done. They ordered it next day and replaced it without question. “Bought a used 2014 Mustang with multiple previous owners and about 33k on the odometer in November 2019, had to drive multiple hoursto the dealership after finding the vehicle listed online. 3 and a half years and 30k more miles later, the vehicle has required nothing but regular checkups, is exactly what I wanted and paid for (and has been paid off for quite some time), and completed a multi day long journey both ways earlier this year.Dealership has a nice segment of their business catering to folks like me with used flips that, at least in my experience, was a great deal for both the seller and the buyer. There was no pressure to get any added services performed, but he highlighted the benefits of things that I knew needed attention. In addition, while waiting to have my car serviced in Yarks comfortable lounge, I received a brief video of what the technician was doing. I really appreciated getting this video report mid stream of the work being done. I recommend Yark's service department because of the attention I received and the fact that I know genuine Toyota parts are being used.”
“My car was beautifully fixed, people were so nice and informative, and they washed my car on the outside AND omg cleaned the inside and let me tell you it was embarrassingly filthy. They even found a five dollar bill somewhere when cleaning it and left it on the mat for me! How honest is that!! They could have easily just pocketed it but they did not.
