“Rick provided outstanding service when I was stranded in a parking lot on a 90-degree day after my truck’s fuel pump failed. After calling another company that couldn’t assist until the next day, Rick arrived within 25 minutes and quickly helped turn a stressful situation around. Not only was he responsive and professional, but he also recommended a reputable local small business for the repair, which I greatly appreciated. His prompt response, genuine concern, and excellent customer service made a difficult day much easier. I highly recommend Rick to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance.”

“This shop is awesome! My husband and I have used the Whitehouse location multiple times since 2020 for our automotive repair needs. Today they went above and beyond for me. My tire sensor went off while entering my neighborhood. When I got home and looked I could hear the air coming out of it. I immediately drove down there and told them what was going on. Their techs were at lunch but he said to leave it and they would take care of it for me. They even gave me a ride home with their complementary shuttle. Within 3 hours my tire was fixed and the shuttle came back to pick me up so I could get my car! To top it off the patch was free since I purchased the tires from them. Their communication and service have always been top notch. I appreciate such amazing customer service!”

“I just want to start off by saying a very big Thank you to Rich. Exceeded my expectations from the start this afternoon. I was broke down and he made a great impression with a courtesy call and addressed my issues while he was on his way. He offered to give me a ride home seeing as my residence was on the same route as the dealership. Safely towed my vehicle to the dealer and called me when he was finished. This was by far my best experience with a Tow service, I will highly recommend Ors Sunoco in the Future!”

“Frank's Automotive went above and beyond the call of duty. We were playing a show at BGSU and our trailer had a broken bolt for the leaf spring. We needed a fast turn around to be able to get on the road after the show. Frank's got us in the same day and had us all fixed up within 2 hours of dropping it off. Their pricing was very fair and Frank knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the trailer. We made it home safely. I highly recommend Frank's. He was honest, efficient, and very knowledgeable.”
