I have no problems with Kroger pharmacy. I get a lot of prescriptions there and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We are so glad we changed to Kroger from Rite Aid before they closed.

They don't answer the phone unless you call 5x in a row. Don't even bother leaving a vm. I don't think they listen to it. Are you to busy?? Rite aid has been gone a year now, so whats your excuse. (That used to be the reason) I have called 2 days in a row, leaving vms each occasion. Makes it a pita to refill my med, since I have to speak to them to get it filled.

Honestly I have never had issues with my prescriptions being on time and I take a lot of medications for my heart. My issue is with the technicians. A couple of them are always rude and give attitude over everything. The store in general sucks. I am sick and tired of having to scan and bag my own stuff at all times of the day while BITTER BETTY stands around with an attitude like you are trying to steal something.

Never answer the phone. Never bill my insurance correctly, literally every prescription Iāve had has some sort of issue with it. How is this the ONLY option?? Meijer cannot open soon enough.

I have lived near this pharmacy for over a year and my prescription has only been ready on time one time. I even called ahead of time before vacation to make sure a prescription was ready and it still wasn't. When I asked why it was t ready, they were extremely rude about it. Now the next time I need a prescription, it's been 4 days since this prescription was sent it, it says it's out of stock and was supposed to come in yesterday, and it's still not in and no one will answer the phone or call me back to give me an update. It's ridiculous that I can't pick up a prescription within 5 days here. I will be switching pharmacies even though I have to drive 15 min to a new one now.

Understaffed creates long delays for refills and time waiting in line. Further, untrained employees are unable to answer customers simple, basic questions. Suggest lunch break be scheduled in shifts. Simply put this pharmacy is a nightmare

This place is ridiculous with not answering their phone. Out of the several months I've lived here they have answered maybe 2 times. Came here tonight and the pharmacy drive thru was magically closed for whatever reason. Couldn't get them to answer the phone to see if my doctor was able to send the script my 2 year old needed...
They are always busy.
Going to look into calling cooperate to see if they can do something about their lack of answering the phone. Very unprofessional. If they are that under staffed they need to hire more people.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Iāve always used Kroger pharmacy since I was a child but this particular Kroger pharmacy literally never has their shit together. The amount of issues that I have had here is so great that I canāt even recollect them all. Theyāre frequently out of various medications. Last time I came to pick up a script they said to give them 40 minutes and it would be ready so I took a drive and I came back in 40 minutes and the next lady told me that my script hadnāt even been approved by my insurance, when I was told previously that it would be ready in 40 minutes if that werenāt the case that answered. Their phone system seems to always be down. I pulled in at 12:49 to pick up my scripts They had already closed up for lunch at one, so I came back at 1:30. They didnāt turn on the open sign until 135, And then someone held up a paper sign to the window that said phones not working come inside. I have two babies one is a year old is two months old and before I even reply, he closed the curtain Iām so beyond fed up with this place, unfortunately itās the closest pharmacy to my house, But the extra drive is starting to seem worth it.

They never answer the phone and prescriptions are rarely filled when they say they'll be ready.

I will never understand how Kroger Pharmacy in Waterville Ohio could possibly get any worse. But, they sure did. They closed the drop off script window? When I ask why, they get rude. Then wonder why I get rude. Some people have to give up a half day pay to help their spouse. We don't get to take a lunch. So when you make a customer stand in line for 15 min, they ask why, maybe take a minute and answer them. Instead of being a jerk. This is the most unorganized, rude, incompetent pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Thank God I'm not a patient there.
