“Make the app easier to use. The main issue I had was I couldn't upload one photo to the dispatch link and the link refreshed without any changes saved. The link ultimately timed out before I could submit my responses. Uhaul corporate customer service was less than helpful and abrupt in ending the call.”

He was very helpful in recommending the correct size truck to do the job without over spending on a larger truck. The morning of our move we arrived at 9am. The truck was clean and gassed up waiting for us. Paperwork didn't long to complete. Mike took the time to share with us how everything on the truck worked. Mike was courteous, friendly and professional from the very beginning of this process to the end. Highly recommend this U-haul dealer.”
